The Reporter's Collar (M for f)

It is no secret that the newspaper industry isn't doing so well. Every day, it seems more and more subscriptions are being cancelled. With numbers falling, the industry has been forced to accept a universal truth, that sex sells. It started off simple enough. The paper's top reporter (I'm thinking Lois Lane, but if you prefer an original character, that works too) spending an evening at a club for dominants and submissives. The normally assertive reporter is cast in the submissive position, while the paper's newest writer, Clark Kent, is at the club as her dominant. She spends the evening submitting in public, then writes about it for the paper. The results of the experiment speak for themselves. That single issue of the paper sees sales spike 25%. Marketing can't help but think that future stories would have an even greater response, especially if there were pictures. So the experiment grows more elaborate. Before long, she is writing about having to submit to her partner at work, going through rigging sessions where they practice binding her, and photo shoots. She balks at each new assignment, but part of her thrills at the loss of control. She's been assertive all her life. The act of surrendering is...exciting.

I'd like to see this develop into a secret full time master/slave relationship. Their peers think they are doing it for the story, but both of them absolutely love the sensation of dominance and submission. They even start to take chances with it. I was thinking Clark might go undercover at a sex slave ring, and Lois (or whoever) could get too wrapped up in that, finding herself up for auction before Clark has to save her. Obviously, this would have a little bit of a superhero theme to it, but it an be as much or as little of a presence as my partner wants. If we include it, I'd like to focus it mostly on rescue situations, where Lois is abducted during other stories, or by fans who want to see what it is like to dominate the woman from the articles, only for Superman to save the day and collar her himself.
