Looking for a guide to teach me how to be a girl

Hello everyone! I have a rough idea here.

Anyone who does a search can find out that I like genderbending as a trope. While I'm not trans myself, I find myself wondering what it's like to be a girl. So the scenario I have in mind is simple: On a day where I expect to have the house to myself, Mom/my big sister/female best friend comes home early, only to catch me in the process of crossdressing for the first time.

The good news is she's ok with this. There are questions to be asked, to be sure. But she's very understanding. Better yet, Mom/big sister is a witch, and she's happy and willing to help. With but a spell, any I fit any girl's clothes I put on. Better yet, if there is any connotation to those clothes, that connotation is applied to me. (E.g. Dress up as a cheerleader and I may not be on the team but I have the skills and energy. Dress up in a qipao, sari, a dirndl or other ethnic clothing and I am changed to be a part of that culture. Dress up in a woman's skirt suit and I'll end up having lunch with Mom as an equal.)

I don't see this as a directly sexual story. It's more about exploration and growth, experiencing things like being fitted for a bra, wearing a bikini out in public, being a bridesmaid, learning to walk in heels, learning to apply make-up, learning how to flirt without being a slut or being top forward, developing a fashion sense, going out on a date with my best guy friend (with him unawares), letting go of my fears that someone is going to point and say the emperor has no clothes.

That said, this isn't a pg-13 story. While sex in the first degree isn't a factor, I expect sex in the second degree to be a big factor. There's going to be a lot of talk about the male and female body, and what it means to be male and female.  And a few happenstances of nudity, though it's for good reasons over raw titillation. I see this story as being in pretty firm rated-R territory.

There's lots of potential world building with what magic is, if there is a magic community and how it relates to itself, if Mom/big sister is looking for an apprentice/understudy what the requirements are for that (like being female 24/7).
