Topic: How do I close a thread?

So i know that folks can close a req thread when a plot is taken/they're no longer interested in that plot. How does one go about doing that?

Also, how does one open the thread again?

I typically message an oracle when I want something locked or reopened. (^^)

I tested it and it appears you can lock and unlock topic yourself in the 1v1 section. You should see a lock icon on the main page (with all the thread listings) but on your specific thread. It's on the right side, next to a red X.

If you go to the first post and modify it to add [Closed] or (Closed) or something like that to it to the subject line, then save, the thread title will change to reflect that. People will be able to tell at a glance what its status is.

When and if you decide to open it again, changing it from Closed to Open should do it. If it's been about a month or longer since your last post in the thread, posting a bump will send it back up to the active area.
