Personality: First and foremost, Khorvus is a ruthless pragmatist driven mostly be a sense of revenge. There are certain specific targets to his revenge but generally speaking he simply wants revenge on the world that let him be born to die. His mood can vary wildly, one hand he can be amicable and reliable. Certainly he is very protective towards other Androids. On the other hand however he can be hostile and aggressive. He is also incredibly stubborn but also dedicated to an objective once he sets his mind on it. It seems nothing can stop him once he starts going.   


History: Khorvus has vague memories of a life before being an android, they haunt the edge of his thoughts during his quiet moments but attempts to reach out they vanish. He remembers music and sometimes he thinks he's the one playing the music, he remembers fields of grass and laughter. There's a woman too, he's fond of her but can't remember who she was to him, could be a mother or a sister. Maybe a girlfriend, he doesn't know.

The earliest memories that are more concrete put him in the lab where he was 'born,' waking up in a fluid filled tank and before he had truly come to his senses he would become aware of people frantically moving about to put him back to sleep. This went on for....a while. Hard to say really. Days? Years? Either way something went wrong. He escaped. When Khorvus got loose of his proverbial woman it was a painful birthing. Not painful for him but everyone around him. Either way it led to a period of loneliness and isolation. He was a lone android with little understanding of the world around him. For a time people came after him but something in his gut told him they were not friends. Black clad soldiers with energy weapons. When a polite woman with a kind face failed to convince him to go along willingly they tried to take him by force. They failed.

Possessing a basic awareness that he was an android he sought out someone that could help him. This led Khorvus to the Capsule Corporation. They ran a diagnostic to put it simply and explained to him who or what he was. An Android. It was the first time he heard the term, the first time he knew what to call himself or what he was. Then came the next part. They did not use the word but the meaning became clear enough. Defective. Khorvus possessed some sort of experimental mental infinite engine power core. Such a device should have rendered him functionally immortal. His rendered him very, very mortal. He possessed most of the benefits of being an android but his core was ultimately failing. Eventually he learned to 'shut down,' enter a personal maintance mode to run his own diagnostics. It was the same thing every time.

He was destined to die. Khorvus had only just been 'born' and already his days were numbered. He did not know the number but there were times when he could almost feel it coming. Days where his 'infinite' core felt very finite. He would become weak, fatigued, break out in fits of coughing. It would pass eventually and he would be back to his old self. He knew what it was. His core would overheat and would need to cool down, reboot. While doing so it could not sustain him properly. It would make him 'sick' for lack of a better word. He's rather sure its getting worst.

For a while Khorvus tried to use his time on the planet to do good, as an android he could enter all manner of hazardous situations that were toxic to humans allowing him to save many lives. Often however his efforts resulted in humans looking at him with fear and confusion, such things often turned to anger and hate. His life of isolation continued. Most recently however Khorvus was given an anonymous tip off. The lead scientist responsible for his creation or birth, was not in the lab when Khorvus escaped. He was off site and is very much alive. If anyone can fix Khorvus or explain exactly who or why he is, its this mysterious lead scientist. Now Khorvus is seeking the scientist and nothing will get in his way.

Techniques:

Hunter-Killer Blast

Khorvus's internal targeting systems lock onto an opponent and fire a pair of optic beams that can 'track' a target. The attack is sufficiently 'intelligent' to only detonate for the intended target and as a result will punch through or work around incorrect targets. Can only pursue so long as Khorvus can stay locked on.   

Hell Cannon

Khorvus generates a colossal ki beam and fires from his main hand. It strikes with massive force with tremendous destructive potential but requires time to charge so it is not ideal when an opponent has time to react.

End of Days

Khorvus's experimental power core allows him to ionize the environment with his own energy. This creates a localized lightning storm around his person, protecting himself and lashing out at attackers.

The key difference however is that by using the endless supply of energy from his power core he can keep going and going with his 'ki storm' getting larger and more destructive. In theory this can keep going until he decides to stop or is stopped by some other means, this can be difficult to achieve as the storm itself becomes something of a barrier between Khorvus and everything around him.

Dude we're starting out at dragon ball power level. I don't think being able to generate a perpetually growing lightning storm along with homing optical blasts is exactly in that realm of possibility quite yet. Hell even cell didn't have that level of power right off the bat. xD

...That being said I really like his backstory and my gal will surely want to help him get his core fixed so he doesn't either permanently shut down or go out in a big surely nuclear explosion. :3

Also Majins are a more ki-based race so I also thought absorption was appropriate xD

Fun part about majins is they can kind of shapeshift because they can manipulate their bodies...so say hello to the four witches/four arms technique (four fists better than two fists!).

I know what you're saying, its' just kind of excessive to start off with in my mind. Remember at the start Goku didn't have the Kaioken, kamehameha or even the ability to fly which by DBZ would be his bare basics in terms of abilities.

Hell your guy could possibly beat king piccolo and or even piccolo Jr. with his current load out, both of which were end of DB level baddies in terms of threat level.

Or my character hits King Piccolo dead on with his biggest attack and when the smoke clears he's basically fine and we have a big, dramatic "oh my gosh, but how!?" Its completely dependent on the plot, where we want to be and what we want to do.

Hell I'm worried y'all will think my gal is too powerful right off the bat despite 2 out of 3 of her techniques being non-offensive since said two are letting her be able to grow two extra arms as well as dissipate ki-blasts into the ground or air when she knows a blast is coming and can focus on the action.

Hmm. How about a limit on how big the attack can become? Right now it does seem as though it could potentially be too powerful, but if we limit the size of the attack to a small area, then there shouldn't be a problem.

Personality:Easy going and curious, has always take everything in stride and always engaging in new experiences. This comes from a deep seeded desire for Mack to find a way of life that was not Dr. Gero or the Red Ribbon Army. Mack desires to grow and become something that he/she grew into on his/her own. Mack has started showing signs of different affinities towards other genders to identify as well this increased after achieving freedom.
History:Mack-Alpha-ons3 was created by Dr. Gero and his creation was one of the  first Bio Androids with the infinite energy model. Mack-Alpha-ons3 was designed and prepared to be both a Special ops and Healer Android. Infiltration, combat, escape artistry, Medical knowledge was  taught to Mack-Alpha-ons3. The powers Dr. Gero  created  this android with was ki Attacks, Ki Defense/Guard and  healing.
The purpose of this Android was  to support  small strike teams.

   The training regiment setup for  Mack-Alpha-ons3 was designed also to get the android to prioritize healing  and extracting the higher ranking officers of the red ribbon army on any team  the android operated with however  Mack-Alpha-ons3 continued to prioritize treatment by severity of wounds. This earned the android constantly to be punished harshly. Though  Mack-Alpha-ons3 actions lead to earning the respect of the lower ranking members of the Red Ribbon Army that had to endure injuries sustained in mock missions to train the android as Dr. Gero and the Red Ribbon Army desired. His continued methodology of healing despite what was desired of him earned him the respect of the lower ranking members and this would be the key to his freedom even though he did not know it. Also during the Training  the most common fighting techniques the Android gravitated towards was Caporiera, Stun Batons, and Hojojutsu. The Android was forced to learn firearms and others but the personal favorite fighting style was very rarely the lethal methods. This android also possessed the powers of Healing and Ki Control. Mack-Alpha-ons3 also has a great learning aptitude and possess the ability to adapt and learn new skills rapidly.

   The rank and file members staged a mission that the felt was right and they acted and set into motion to not only escape the Red Ribbon Army themselves but sought to also free the Android that looked out for them and endured much on there behalf. Many of these individuals did  not make it out but the goal was a success and after they cleared out the  base the all went there different ways many to return to family and lead normal lives and he traveled with them to see that they made it home and to learn as much as he/she can. The survivors also Gave the Android the name Mack Alphonse.  Once the last of the survivors returned home Mack continued to travel.

Mack's  journey continued as the runaway members of the red ribbon army returned there families. Mack stayed in many small towns. Mack worked as a tailor,A baker, A clerk in clothing boutique, A server at a small family restaurant and staff at a campground. Mack met many people and helped out and made a living and learning new skills. Mack spent equal time wandering and being settled in one spot and now back on the road again.

Ki Control:
By gaining perfect control over their ki and thus stopping any of it from leaking out of their body, a fighter is shown to be able to become exponentially more powerful.

Healing:(回復 Kaifuku) refers to a variety of special techniques used throughout the Dragon Ball series. Presumably mystical in nature, it allows the user to heal another being's wounds and restore them to somewhat full strength. In general, it appears to have the same effectiveness and limitations as the more commonly-seen Senzu Beans. The only limitations to this is that it takes time for the user to heal, as they need to be at close range, while the Senzu Beans are able to be eaten anytime if available.

Martial Arts, Weapons Training:
Mack-Alpha-ons3 Has been trained in multiple martial arts and weapons. The favored of these that Mack excelled at was Caporiera and Hojojutsu. The Primary weapons  Mack uses and excels with is the  Stun Baton. All other martial arts and  weapons are average ability.

Infiltration and escapology: mack-alpha-ons3 has been extensively trained in infiltrating places and escapology. This makes Mack rather capable of bypassing security systems and traps and locks. This was part of the androids training to support special forces units and aid in extraction of important targets or recovering Red Ribbon Army property or personnel.

Improved cognitive abilities:
This is mack-alpha-ons3, ability to learn and adapt new skills and knowledge much faster then most. With hours of study Mack can grasp the basics of new knowledge and skills. Given a day, Mack can have a bachelors level of education in a topic, Given a week Mack can have a master's  level of education in a topic. Given a month Mack can attain a Doctorate's level of education in a topic. Skill wise one can attain apprentice level in a day, Journey man in a week and Master in a month.

Name: Rubara
Race: Saiyan
Age: Appears 23
Gender: Female
Sexuality: Bi
Personality: Unlike other Saiyans, Rubara has a gentle and caring personality which makes her unfit for fighting in the Saiyan combat teams. This personality also caused her to have a genuine union of companionship with her mate and another female Saiyan on her combat team; a rare case for Saiyans, who normally do not develop relationships except for breeding purposes.

   However despite her gentle and caring personality Rubara is protective of her family and those she considers close friends. Messing with those that she cares about is a good way to bring out the explosive temper that Saiyans show. In addition Rubara is fiercely protective of her son, even coming to blows with her mate over sending their son to another planet as an infiltration baby knowing how dangerous it is.

   While unfit for Army life, Rubara still loves a good fight though she has a tendency to now satisfy this through sport. Though there are times more common Saiyan traits shine through in the heat of the moment, such as letting an enemy gain an advantage simply for the fun of it or letting her emotions get the better of her, resulting in some rash decisions.

History: Rubara was born as a low class Saiyan warrior of the Planet Vegeta. An infiltration baby herself, she was sent to a low level world where she was barely able to take over needing a full moon to complete it. In the end she was picked up by a Saiyan named Onio, and she joined his team with the only other female Saiyan being Selryia.

   During this time her unusual personality started to make life difficult for her and while being part of Onio’s team, Rubara seemed to need to be routinely saved from the dangers of the battlefield by Onio as she wasn’t as strong as the others. This lead to Rubara developing romantic feelings for Onio, which he eventually returned and they developed a special bond. She also had a bond with Selryia though not as deep as with Onio. Finally figuring that she wasn’t cut out for battle, Rubara left Onio’s team and the Army to go work at the Meat Distribution Center with other parts spent keeping with her training. During this time she has Onio’s child, a healthy baby boy.

   Still on Vegeta, she is working one day when Onio came home and they both greet each other with a hug. This only lasts a short time until Rubara learns that their son has been selected as an infiltration baby. Knowing the slim odds of survival that infiltration babies face this brought forth her anger, and they came to blows. Unfortunately Rubara lost and her son was sent off in an Attack Ball.

   Life went on until Rubara found out that their son never reached his destination. After discussing it with Onio, she suited up in a new set of battle armor and set off in an Attack Ball of her own. She was off in pursuit with a pair of missions in her mind. First and foremost was to try and find was to find the child she gave birth to, if found she was going to drop him off and return home. Second if she couldn’t find her son, Rubara was supposed to take over his mission and prepare the target planet for sale.

   However things didn’t go as planned as a freak meteor shower damaged her ship and caused her to be put into stasis. Rubara crashed landed on a planet named Earth with her Attack Ball damaged, but the stasis system still working. Years passed until finally a malfunction in the stasis system woke her up and sent her on her mission...

Weapons/Equipment:
   Saiyan Combat Armor: Like other Saiyans she uses Saiyan Battle Armor for fighting. She had a couple of pairs extra survive her landing.

   Scouter: Rubara brought a scouter along with her, however she rarely uses it.

Techniques:

   Double Buster: First, Rubara brings both her hands to her sides and charges her ki. Then, she extends her arms forward and fires a golden energy wave at her opponent.

   Power Ball: By combining her ki with the Earth’s atmosphere, Rubara is able to create a sphere of condensed Blutz Waves. Rubara is able to use this to change into a great ape even without a full moon. However this technique is very tiring and only lasts 90 minutes. This remains to be used as an absolute last resort.

   Healing: Unlike, other Saiyans Rubara is able to use her ki to heal other people. This has two forms, one she simply heals other people’s wounds or two she is able to heal wounds and restore an ally’s energy by giving up her own.

Saiyan Abilities:

   Enhanced Attributes: Coming from the higher gravity of Planet Vegeta, even a weaker Saiyan like Rubara is stronger, faster and more durable then any normal Earthling.

   Enhanced senses: Like all Saiyans Rubara has a keen sense of smell. This also extends into enhanced senses of hearing, touch and sight.

   Saiyan Rage: This is a powerful force in the Saiyan physiology; anger kicks their hyper evolutionary abilities into overdrive. This power up allows Rubara to handle even more Ki then normal and doubling her abilities. However this rage can only be triggered by a major event, like the death of a family member or best friend.

   Great Ape: Like all Saiyan’s with a tail Rubara is able to change into her great ape form by absorbing Blutz Waves. This form increases her abilities 10 fold and allows her to fire ki blasts from her mouth. However being a low class warrior she has no control over this form. Rubara will only pull this form out if shit hits the fan and no other options can be found.

Weakness:

   Appetite: Like other Saiyans of note Rubara has a ravenous, almost insatiable appetite and can put away vast quantities of food. This is because their energy and nutritional requirements are higher then a normal humans. Her metabolism is also much higher then normal humans, allowing Rubara to keep her figure despise the quantities of food eaten. However this is a double edge sword. If she goes to long without food, Rubara can become too weak to do anything.

   Zenkai: While their bodies do adapt to most things thrown at it, it does have limits. One, they need to survive the initial impact and two this only works up to a certain point. Near death might get the bigger boost, but is riskier. Also they can’t power up from self inflicted injuries.

   Tails: One of Rubrara’s biggest weak points, grabbing her tail causes great pain to her and can leave her immobilized and drain of strength. Cutting the tail off while in Great Ape form will revert Rubara back to normal form and leave her weaker. However if lost the tail might grow back if Rubara is in extreme danger or it will grow back on it’s own in about 5 years.

   Enhanced Senses: These can be used against Rubara as well as they are much more sensitive.

   Healing: This ability only works on other people; Rubara can not heal herself with this ability. She also can’t raise the dead.

The Power Ball technique might need to be removed until later in the story when transformations will be more viable, but other than that I think she's fine. And with that, I think we're good to go. I'll get started on the IC topic and show it off here when it's done.
