Best time to post a req thread?

Just curious if anyone can guess the peak hours for E, when most people are on and checking things.

Or, conversely, which day you put a rec thread up and it stays on the first page the longest.

Veks might have stats on the peak activity hours - but I'd imagine that the times that the most people are on would also affect how many request threads are being posted (and therefore how long a request would stay on the first page).
