Justice League

The Reign of Darkseid

He came with power and might.  And all the worlds hero's, all the worlds military and all the world's will to fight, fell before him.  He was Darkseid the Conqueror.  Darkseid the Godkiller, Darkseid the End of All.

The first hero to face the beast was Supermanl, Kal El finding Darkseids entrance into this universe a small ways away from Earth.  He was defeated. and then brutally killed.  Bringing with him were dark and perverted versions of Earths Heores all turned.  With tem now by his side he felt he was ready to make this world of such desperation know his pain.  He did not come onto the stage in a great show of glory, his pet StepphenWolf had told him what would happen if he did that.  And though his ego, which is great, said it could not be, whispers in his ear had their effect.  They would got after the strongest of them, scattering the rest.  But first was killing the one to unit them all.  The one, called Superboy fell next going after Darkseid in revenge for his fallen *Farther*.

It was the Dark Batman who did the deed.  He landed on The Watchtower, found it was only Superboy and the Martain Manhunter aboard, then absolutely destroyed the clone who had once been Connor Kent.  With him, the communication system of the League fell apart.  The Manhunter put up a valiant fight, and only by playing dead was he able to get away with his life.  The Dark League, destroyed the Watchtower, despite the wishes of their Lord and Master to use it as a base of operations. Equinox, Animal Man,  Adam Strange and Alanna Lewis all perished. A wounded Martain Manhunter escaped next with Stargirl, wounded the two made it off the Watertower.  Darkseid as his twisted league, Stpennwolf, and his furies took Metropolis, without Superman and Superboy to protect it. They remain on the hunt for the last Kryptonain Kara Zor El aka Supergirl.  But the Batman found her in time and was able to hide her from Darkseids evil forces.

The Justice League united under the leadership of Batman and took down the forces of the Dark League but they were hurt in the process.

The League was crippled, and made to retreat in Gotham City. Metropolis had indeed fallen and the other city's were next. For it is from the Metropolis that Darkseid maintains his reign, using all the tools of Krypton to do it.  With their strongest hero in dead, their communication system down, the rest of the League was hunted down under the advisement of Granny Goodness.  Well for the most part.  The Green Lanterns got involved and many were killed our right, and the Flash had his spine broken.  He's been allowed to live in Central City, which has been otherwise untouched by Darkseid.  So long as the police and persons within kill anyone who tries to enter or get out.

In Metropolis, Lex Luthor has done his best to keep the armies of Darkseid at bay, but much like Aquaman deep within the city of Atlantis, neither can hold out forever.  Themyscira Lead by Queen Hippolita has been left entirely alone, Darkseid personally having confronted the Queen and the two of them coming to an agreement.  She would stay out of the fight, and he would leave her home alone and her daughter alone.  As for the rest of the of the world? Well the rest of the world burns.

Governments used armies, nukes, every weapon of war they had.  They begged, pleaded and cried for mercy.  But all were killed.  There people were enslaved, put into camps all too reminiscent of men of their own past.  The people who survived lived either by joining the darkness, or bowing to it and living in one of the camps.  The small resistance left in the world is just that, small.  The human race is enslaved and beaten. However individual's like Amanda Waller refuse to give in and still send's her Suicide Squad out to join the fight as well as the young heroes the Titans. Wanting revenge for a death of one of their own with Superboy.

And President Lex Luthor is threatening to launch nuclear missiles to stop the dark lord. But can he be trusted?

Sexual Orientation: Heterosexual (Switch)
Base of Operations: N/A (formerly New York City)
Powers: Flight, Super Strength & Speed.

Weaknesses: Magic and pysch attacks. Diana is physically the strongest woman on the planet. She can withstand much however The Gods ALLWAYS design a flaw and she can be killed by those who created her. Sometimes her Amazonian pride can be a great weakness to her.

History:

Wonder Woman is the Amazonian princess Diana; the daughter of the Amazonian Queen Hippolyta and the Olympian god Zeus. While the Amazons traditionally procreated by raping and then murdering sailors who happened too close to their island, Hippolyta was supposed to have been barren. Legend told that Diana was born of her mother's strong desire for a child, a lump of clay brought to life in the form of a girl; the perfect Amazon, as she was born of no man. The truth, though, was that Hippolyta had had an affair with Zeus, and Diana's real parentage was hidden in order to protect the Queen and her daughter from the wrath of Zeus' notoriously jealous wife Hera. As such, Diana's power was inherited through her divine blood.

Zeus had gone missing, and his wife Hera, in her jealousy, had discovered that yet another child had been conceived by her husband's dalliances with mortal women. The mortal woman in question was Zola, a woman living alone in the country, who was utterly surprised when Hera sent creatures to attack and kill her. Fortunately, she was rescued thanks to the efforts of Hermes, who sent her to request help from Wonder Woman. For safety's sake, Diana took Zola and Hermes to the island of Themyscira, home of the Amazons to beg protection from her mother, who warned that protecting one of Zeus' bastards from Hera would be no simple task. Before long, Hera sent her daughter Strife to do her will. Diana managed to prevent her from manipulating the Amazons into killing each other, but, she was surprised to learn that she and Strife were sisters - a revelation brought to light by the power of the Lasso of Truth.

Diana was the one to take Pilot Steve Trevor back to *Mans World* they had a romance and even stopped Ares from infecting the humans with his hate. Diana joined the Justice League to stop Darkseids first attack on Earth, soon after her romance wit Agent Trever came to an end.

Activity:

Diana joined the resistance once Darkseid attacked. She lead the charge with her brothers and sisters into battle. However she was captured by the Dark Lord early on with Supermam and he made her an offer. She would return home and he would spare her home country, Thamiscaria. The princes reluctantly agreed. Diane secretly did not return home to her fellow Amazons, but stayed as a secret member of the resistance.  She helps from behind the scenes along with Batman, planning out a detailed strategy of attack.  Since then Diana has made a vow that she will not rest until he is saved.  She fears though that everyday, Darkseid will learn she has not returned to Thamiscaria, and that her sisters will ultimately pay the price.

VoluptuousVixen

Player Name: loislanekent
Real Name: Harleen Quinnzell
Age: 28
Sexual Orientation: Bisexul (Switch) For Poison Ivy only
Base of Operations: Belle Reeve Prison Terrebonne Parish, Louisiana.
Powers: None

Weaknesses: The Joker, Poison Ivy, her *Puppies*. Anything that can kill a human, the chip in the back of her neck curtiosy of Amanda Waller if she steps out of line can blow her head clean off.

History:

Described as having a genius-level IQ, Harleen attended Gotham State University on a scholarship for gymnastics, where she majored in Psychiatry under Dr Odin Markus. To get into the graduate program, she had Dr. Markus meet with her in her dorm room, where she outlined what she believed would be a good graduate thesis: 'There are only two circumstances under which a person disregards the rules of society. When they commit a crime, or when they're in love.' To prove this thesis, she aimed to allow Dr Markus to observe an independent experiment on the matter. The test subjects: herself and her boyfriend Guy Kopski.

Upon graduating, and with a glowing reference from Dr Markus, Dr. Harleen Quinzel began her first-year residency at Arkham. As soon as she was accepted by Dr. Arkham, she requested to meet the Joker. Based on the claim that she was doing research for a book on serial killers, she was given complete access to the Clown-Prince of Crime.  In their first session together, she introduced herself as Dr Harleen Quinzel, but stressed that he could refer to her as Harley Quinn, like the medieval jester Harlequin. Joker had been silent until then, but he suddenly began laughing and asked if she was flirting with him. When she moved closer, he chose to strangle her. But, when he saw a loving look from Harley instead of shock or fright, he ceased, and stated that it was just a joke. The pair shared an affair, with Quinn helping Joker escape from Arkham several times before she herself was finally caught. Her medical license was revoked and she was committed, despite her claims that all of the releases were meant to be therapeutic.

Harley broke out of Arkham multiple times in order to join up with The Joker, whom she referred to as "Puddin'." Eventually, though, she acknowledged his abusive behaviour and broke off from him. She decided to become a crime boss on her own, and gathered a gang together that she called The Quintets. After a run in with The Riddler at Wayne Manor during a looting, and a few other failed heists, one of the Quintets decided that Harley should be eliminated. Word was put out that there was a price on Harley's head, and many assassins came to collect it. Killer Croc attacked her in her own secret hideout, but he was subdued thanks to her knowledge of the building. The traitor revealed himself, and would have killed her, if not for the timely intervention of Matches Malone.

Some time later, Harley was contacted by Catwoman, who wanted to get revenge against Hush and Harley was given a list of banks were Hush kept his money. Harley broke into all those banks and stole exclusively from Hush's personal accounts.[At the time when word about Batman's death spread around Gotham, Harley found Riddler and teamed up with him to locate the new Black Mask. Later, they were joined by Poison Ivy and together went looking for Catwoman, just to find her knocked unconscious on the streets,Harley Quinn was arrested by Black Canary while on a murderous spree of revenge against the lawyers who put the Joker away. While on death row at Belle Reve prison for her crimes, her cell filled up with gas, and she was implanted with a micro-bomb to insure her obedience. She was made to undergo torture in order to test her loyalty, and was finally inducted into Amanda Waller's Task Force X, aka the Suicide Squad].

== Personal Information ==
Legal Name: Thet –Adam/ Currently: Theo Adam
Alias: Black Adam
Age: 350/35
Sexuality: Heterosexual
Part of New York Residing In: Manhattan

== Physical Description ==
Adam is the epitome of greek god.  He is well muscled, dark complexion, ruggedly handsome.  6’4”, 280#, Deep brown eyes.  He does have pointed ears that is the only tell tale sign about him.  He rarely uses his human form as that is beneath him as well, but will in dire emergencies which for him is very rare.

== Persona ==
Adam is used to being a king, to have to deal with those he considers beneath him for not even trying, tries his patience most of the time.  But with the help of others he has been doing well, on his road to redemption but sometimes those acting stupid gets the best of him and he is prone to lash out.  He knows justice and if nothing else he will make sure justice is done.  He does his best not to go the eye for eye route, knowing with his power it would be so much easier.

== Key Skills ==
Powers
   Divine Empowerment - All of the powers granted collection of six by gods and figures of legend either directly or through Shazam.
S   for the stamina of Shu
Using Shu's virtually unlimited stamina, Black Adam can withstand and survive most types of extreme physical assaults. Additionally, he does not need to eat, sleep, or breathe and can survive unaided in space. His godly metabolism provides him with far greater than human potency in all physical activities. Sustained by the magical energies.
H   for the swiftness of Heru
By channeling Heru's supernatural speed, Black Adam can move at sub-light speeds in orbit. In outer space, Black Adam can fly at trans-light speeds, while on Earth he has been depicted running at a maximum Mach 500. He was able to give his speed to the Flash, running at incredible speeds with him.

A   for the strength of Amon
Black Adam has a phenomenal level of super strength, able to easily bend steel, punch through walls, produce powerful shockwaves by claping his hands, and lift massive objects. Adam's strength is generally depicted of being on levels equal to those of Superman and Captain Marvel, though some writers have portrayed his strength as possibly outmatching them.
Z   for the wisdom of Zehuti
Black Adam has instant access to a vast level of scholarly knowledge, which allows him to know multiple languages. The wisdom of Zehuti also provides him with counsel and advice in times of need.
A   for the power of Aton
Aton's power allows Black Adam to fly, fuels the magic lightning bolt that transforms Theo, further enhances Adam's superhuman physical abilities, and provides magical resistance against a massive amount of magic spells and attacks. Adam can use the lightning bolt as a weapon by dodging it and allowing it to strike an opponent or target. It allows him to travel to the Rock of Eternity, thus allowing interdimensional and time travel.  He has senses learn to channel the electricity through himself as electrical blasts.

M   for the courage of Mehen
This aspect is primarily psychological, and gives Black Adam superhuman amounts of inner strength from which to draw upon in times of hopelessness, and possibly great fighting skills. His strength of mind renders him resistant to telepathy and mind control. In some depictions, the courage of Mehen also provides a degree of his physical invulnerability to harm. He is always supported by an innate and harmonious presence of good will and spiritual strength of perseverance that he never backs down from a challenge. If he were somehow wounded, his godly energies would enable him to recover very rapidly. It would take an injury of such magnitude that it dispersed a major portion of his bodily molecules to cause him a permanent physical death. Even then, it is possible for a god of significant power, such as Ra, Anubis and Osiris or for a number of Egyptian gods of equal power working together to revive him.

== Advantages ==
Martial Arts – Years of training and war had honed him into a killing machine despite his powers.  He prefers hand held weapons, has an extreme distaste for guns.  “Those are monkeys weapons!”

Engineering – Despite his skill he remembers being a phararoh ruling Egypt for a time, he was skilled enough to have set his own design for the pyramids and the aquaducts.  That skill has carried on into present times as well.

Military- Egyptian army commander
Government – Ways of buracracy and diplomacy
Strategy – Skilled in the ways of war
History – Having lived it knows most history
Anatomy – Knows ways of pleasure, torture and pain

== Disadvantages ==
Egotistical – Adam is a god and feels there is not too much he can’t do.  He can help and do anything, including getting in over his head.

== Background ==
Adam was resurrected nearly thirty years later in Philadelphia by Doctor Sivana's reincarnation machine. He then destroys the machine so he cannot be sent back.   Black Adam accidentally time-travels to 1776 during the American Revolution while going to the Rock of Eternity to destroy Shazam at Sivana's suggestion, he actually felt Adam's powers would be wiped out as well, but Marvel accidentally threw him back in time. He and Marvel battle and Adam realizes he will have to use a trick. He makes his lightning strike Marvel, turning him back to Billy Batson, then seizes him and covers his mouth before he can finish saying his magic word. He then flies to a nearby ship and gets some rope to bind and gag Billy, after which he throws him into the sea. But Billy swims up, is saved by colonial rebel Paul Revere. Black Adam was once again tricked by Uncle Marvel into saying Shazam when he goes to him to get revenge, and gets amnesia from a punch by Captain Marvel.

After that, Black Adam was also involved with Karmang and tries to destroy both Superman and Captain Marvel.   After several more defeats at Captain Marvel's hands, Adam joined Mister Mind's Monster Society of Evil which stages an assault on the Rock of Eternity. The evil god of magic Oggar summons an evil army from the sands and dust of Egypt for Adam to lead after muting Billy with his magic. Ultimately the Monster Society of Evil were defeated, and Black Adam escaped.  Adam has sense tried to become a force for good trying to redeem himself.  But it is hard when it is easier to rule them than coddle them.

TheVillain

Name: Leonard Snart
Identity: Captain Cold
Sex: Male
Height: 6' 1"
Build: Toned with Regular Excercise
Eyes: Blue
Hair: Black
Sexuality: Heterosexual
Relationship status: Currently Single
Residence: Keystone City

Description:
Captain Cold is a caucasion male with black hair cut very short. When not on the clock he tries to dress to blend in with normal humans and that's arguably why he's still alive, because he's a good deal smarter then most of the Rogues. Or at least he can lay low easier. His "heavy work clothes" are a blue costume with a parka and shaded snow goggles. Sometimes there's plates on the parka for more armor and gear.

Persona:
Captain Cold is a thief, and a damn good one too. Even before his "powers" he was a notorious criminal with a knack for planning and executing heists. He was "Cold" then too, if more for his ability to keep cool under pressure and a near sociopathic ability to disconnect with other people. After getting his "powers" he's stepped up his game, and won't hesitate to share it.

Powers:
Much to the surprise of many, Captain Cold is actually a normal baseline human. Just one with a knack for crime and an interesting arsenal of cold-based weaponry.

Skills:
Cold Weapon Mastery: Captain Cold has a lot of practice in the use of cold-themed weaponry, and the use of Cold in combat.

Unarmed Combat

Melee Combat

Ranged Combat

Tactical Mind

Thievery Skills

Engineering Knowledge

Leadership: Captain Cold used to be considered the closest thing the Rogues had to a leader. Too bad they're pretty much all dead now but in a pinch he's surprisingly good at stepping up and leading.

Equipment:
Captain Cold is the man who mastered Absolute Zero. He has a surprising level of engineering knowledge but knows every circuit of each of his weapons and how to use them to their biggest advantage.

Cold Gun: A weapon that seems to defy the laws of physics and the signiture weapon of "Captain Cold", this gun was designed specifically to counter molecular motion. The original Cold Gun was specifically designed as an anti-Speedster weapon, the Freezing properties were a side-effect. It doesn't just spray ice and snow, it actually negates atomic motion and - in theory at least - can actually cool things down to Absolute Zero.

Cold Field Generator: Captain Cold's belt can project what is essentially a low-power wide-beam version of the Cold Gun, which has the effect of slowing down everything around him even on an atomic level. Speedsters find themselves losing speed around Captain Cold, bullets and projectiles often stop in the air, though as a side effect using the CFG also freezes things around him - potentially including people.

Blizzard Starters: Essentially they're Cold-Grenades made to look like Snowflakes. If released in an open area, a Blizzard Starter does just that. Through selective heat absorption of the environment a Blizzard Starter can create intense, short-lived blizzards.

Cold Suit: Captain Cold has no actual powers himself and needs to protect his body from his own technology. When he's wearing the Cold Suit he is immune to the effects of cold tempuratures on his body. Even a blast from his own Cold Gun, if it's in full protective mode.

Snow Goggles: Cold weaponry is notorious for giving off bright flashes of light, the goggles protecting his eyes from these extreme lights and conditions.

Biographical Information:
Sometimes, it's just not in the cards. Leonard Snart's father started his career as not a very good cop and an even worse father. Abusive and violent, it only got worse when he got fired. The only reprieve was his Grandfather who drove an Ice Truck but that didn't last long. Fleeing as soon as he could, having to leave his sister behind, Leonard would take to the local criminal scene and actually be pretty good at it - until the Flash started making the scene.

Leonard wasn't satisfied with giving up a livelyhood to the Scarlet Speedster so easily though. He studied motion, engineering, stole some blueprints and downloaded others off the internet. Reading a scientific paper that hypothesized that cyclotron radiation could interfere with the Flash's speed he put all that knowledge together, broke out of prison, and created his first Cold Gun.

From there he organized the Rogues and made them a force to be reckoned with, even when his sister Lisa joined in as the Golden Glider. Things have changed though with Darksied. A lot of the Rogues are dead, Lisa is Dead.

As a Rogue there aren't many rules, but one is no killing unless you have too - or if it's for Revenge...

Elven Sex Goddess

Player Name: Elven Sex Goddess
Heroine Name: Green Lantern
Real Name: Jessica Cruz
Age: 24
Sexual Orientation: Heterosexual
Relationship Status: Single
Base of Operations: Portland, Oregon

Abilities: Indomitable Will

Weaknesses:  Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder - After witnessing the murders of her friends, Jessica has suffered from crippling anxiety for years. On some days rescuing a submarine would be nothing, but on others fighting a villain with an outlandish costume would be too much to process.

General and Social Anxiety - Jessica struggles with anxiety in social situations and in general circumstances. She can quickly spiral into negative, fearful thinking.

History: Jessica Cruz went on a hunting trip with her friends and unfortunately came across mobsters who were burying a body. Unwilling to have witnesses, the mobsters shot and killed Jessica's friends while Jessica herself managed to escape, but was extremely traumatized by the incident. Jessica developed debilitating anxiety and locked herself in her room for 4 years.

During the Crime Syndicate's rule, she was unwillingly chosen by the Ring of Volthoom, after its former bearer, Harold Jordan of Earth 3, was killed by Sinestro. Unlike the ring's predecessors, the ring forced itself upon Jessica and took over her body. Under the influence of the ring, she attacked her home town and was confronted by the Justice League and Doom Patrol. Through the intervention of Batman, Jessica was able to overcome the ring's influence when he told her that he was a victim like her and that finding strength, even at their worst moment of despair, will overcome their fears.

Allying herself with the Justice League, the Flash called in Hal Jordan, Earth's first Green Lantern, to teach Jessica how to stay in control of her ring. With Hal's help, Jessica mastered the use of the foreign ring.

Bowen

Player Name: Bowen
Superhero: The Flash
Real Name: Bartholomew Henry "Barry" Allen
Age: 25
Sexual Orientation: Heterosexual
Base of Operations: Central City

Powers:
Speed Force Conduit: After Barry was struck by a bolt of lightning and doused with chemicals, it created the Speed Force - a mysterious cosmic force that pushes time and space itself forward. As it does this, the Speed Force creates excess energy that builds up and needs to be released. The Flash is effectively the Speed Force's release valve. When Barry uses his powers, he taps into that built up energy and expends it. Gorilla Grodd explained that Barry is a master of the science of the Speed Force.
Superhuman Speed: Barry is capable of moving at incredible superhuman speeds. While running, he can only be perceived as a blur. He is faster than Superman and Supergirl, and was fast enough to repair an entire city without anyone realizing he ever left the room. He's so fast in fact time seems to slow down around him, making him appear to be invisible to others within their relative time frame. Barry has even shown he can clear out the entire population of Tokyo (around 38 million people) in only 30 seconds. Flash has shown that when he approaches the speed of light he may create "time rifts" from the Speed Force, creating vortexes that pull things into and out of the timeline, with every step closer to light speed increasing the risk (though it was revealed that some of the wormholes were caused by turbine). If Barry runs at light speed he will reach critical mass and open a portal into the Speed Force itself. Barry has also moved fast enough to that the Shade's shadows, which move at the speed of darkness (speed of light) appeared frozen in time. Barry's speed also allows him to utilize superhuman force, which he can channel to simulate superhuman strength, such as when he easily crashed and broke through a wall made of steel. Barry often holds back his speed out of fear of tearing a hole in time and space itself.
* Superhuman Reflexes: Barry's reaction time is augmented to superhuman levels. His great reflexes have allowed him to perform feats such as dodging lightning. His body sends pain messages to his brain at such a velocity that the femtosecond he feels something, he will react.
* Superhuman Stamina: Barry's body can handle the stress of moving at superhuman speeds for long periods of time without out getting tired or weak.
* Superhuman Agility: Barry's agility, balance, and bodily coordination are enhanced to superhuman levels. This allows him to easily maneuver and leap far distances while moving at superhuman speed.
* Accelerated Healing: Barry can heal much faster than any regular human. His arm healed within minutes of it being crushed. He was also able to quickly heal from the "bone crushing pressure" and "antagonizing trauma" of being 2,000 feet below the ocean, which dealt extreme damage to his body.
* Aerokinesis: By rotating his arms at super speed or running in a circular motion, Barry can create strong vortexes of wind. He has also used the slipstream of airflow created by his speed to draft millions of gallons of water behind him to keep a small village from flooding, and pull two 600-ton barges behind him.
* Dimensional Travel: When approaching the speed of light, Barry is able to create wormholes to the Speed Force. Using his Speed Mind also enables him to willingly enter and exit the Speed Force at will, for as Solovar once said "The mind will always be faster". When using the Cosmic Treadmill, Barry is able to use his speed to travel to alternate timelines.
* Electrokinesis: Barry is able to generate and manipulate the electrical energy he draws from the Speed Force. The Speed Force lightning's properties and effects are seemingly identical to that of common electricity. The heat from Barry's lightning creates a thermal expansion that allows Barry's suit to be stored in his ring. By focusing the lightning in his hands, Barry is able to enhance his strikes, generate lightning to provide people with warmth, as well as electrocute people on contact.
* Electro-Blast: Barry can project bolts of lightning from his hands. He was also able to forcefully discharge a large burst of lightning from his body to knock back Professor Zoom.
* Electromagnetism: Due to his electrical generation, Barry possesses some level of magnetic manipulation, which he uses to control his suit's armor. Every time Barry releases his suit from his ring, the metal pieces of it are conducted by his lightning to form the suit around him. He can also mentally manipulate the metal pieces that form his mask and cause them to unravel, unmasking himself. Barry can also use his lightning to create electromagnetic fields.
* Energy Absorption: Barry is able to absorb Speed Force energy. When drained of his Speed Force energy by Daniel West, Barry was able to absorb it back.
* Light Projection: Barry is able to generate blinding amounts of light through his Speed Force lightning.
* Speed Force Negation: By interlocking his Speed Force energy currents with another speedster, Barry is able to temporarily short circuit the other speedsters power.
* Enhanced Mental Process: By tapping into the Speed Force with his brain, Barry can eliminate the natural bottle-necking of information, that occurs due to the limits of human physiology. Because of this, Barry can think exponentially faster than any normal human, and possesses superhuman mental processing. Barry's mind moves so fast that he is immune to mind control. He also possesses some resistance to other psychic attacks, because of this.
* Speed Mind: By tapping into the Speed Force with his brain, Barry has the ability to tactically assess and predict the numerous possible and probable outcomes of most any given situation, by playing advanced variable examinations within his head he can simulate a quick pre-play sequence of a number of causes, effects and inevitable outcomes at an accelerated rate. Barry's speed mind has also allowed him to instantly learn to operate a Green Lantern Ring.
* Enhanced Senses: The Speed Force grants Barry enhanced senses that allow him to perceive the world at a rate attuned his reaction speed. He can feel the slightest changes in air pressure around him, as well as electromagnetic pulses, in objects such as glass. He can also sense the whereabouts of other Speed Force conduits, by using their connection as a homing beacon and track them.
* Enhanced Vision: Barry was able to vibrate his eyes fast enough in order to "see" the type of hard energy that the monster constructs he was fighting were made of. Barry also has an expanded sight/seeing range, anything that falls within this seeing range he can see instantaneously, this means he can see things before the light from them reaches his eyes.
* Speed Force Sight: The Speed Force will sometimes give Barry visions of the future as well as tidbits of information in regards to whats coming next. The visions are fast but largely incoherent, piecing together bits and pieces of random upcoming events that've yet to happen while also depicting instants mirroring what led up to various continuity reboots. One of the dangers of this power however, causes acute mental destabilization with each burst of insight; after having a second blast of possible future outcomes making him psychologically unstable.
* Molecular Acceleration: Barry can vibrate his own molecular structure at varying degrees for a number of purposes, by adjusting to different frequencies. As he does that to a high enough degree he causes things to explode. When possessed by the vengeful ghost of the Keystone Killer, Allen was able to turn the tables by adjusting his frequency in order to contain his essence instead. Flash can vibrate so fast as he vibrated 10,000 vibrations per second to destroy a mirror monster created by Mirror Master.
* Intangibility: By accelerating his molecular frequency to a high enough degree, Barry can make his body intangible and allow projectiles to pass through him. Flash can use this ability to bypass dangers, such as explosions.
* Phasing: By vibrating his molecules on an atomic level, and by doing so at just the right frequency, he can allow himself to become momentarily intangible, and phase through objects.
* Speed Force Aura: The Flash's body is surrounded by a "friction cushion", a field of kinetic absorbent energy that protects him and anyone who is running with or carried by him from the rigorous effects of using his speed. Including friction, airborne particulate matter, heavy impacts, G-Force and the like.
* Superhuman Durability: Thanks to his protective Speed Force aura, Barry is capable of resisting tremendous kinetic impact forces that could easily crush or kill a human, without suffering any serious external or internal injuries. He was able to hit Gorilla Grodd with enough to force to shatter his own armor, and strike Superman hard enough to send him crashing through a wall, both while without sustaining any injury to himself.
* Speed Force Theft: Barry has shown the ability to drain away the Speed Force from others who's DNA has not completely bonded to the Speed Force, such as Dr. Carver, by interlocking connections with another speedster, one speedster's speed transfers into the others in the process. Though as explained by Meena if the one the Speed Force is being stolen from resist they may be killed, a way to avoid this is distributing the taken energy among multiple people.
* Sharing the Force: "Lending" velocity to objects or people already in motion. Barry may lend his speed and angular momentum to another object or person. This may allow others to run alongside with the Flash. Barry did this with Wally West by lending him enough speed that time appeared frozen so they could talk without worrying about being attacked.
* Speed Force Empathy: The Speed Force grants Barry an empathetic connection to other conduits of the Speed Force, allowing Barry to sense their emotions.
* Time Acceleration: During one of his battles with Professor Zoom, Barry realized that his powers are also connected to the flow of time and that he can move it forward, which allows Barry to speed up time. By speeding up time, Barry was able to negate Zoom's power to slow time. While speeding up time, Barry's lightning turns white.
* Time Travel: In conjunction with the Cosmic Treadmill, Barry can use his speed to travel throughout the timestream. Barry was once able to travel through the time stream without the treadmill, after absorbing Daniel West's Speed Force. Because of Barry's ability to travel through time, he has the power to potentially alter the timeline, as he had previously changed it on his own power, during the Flashpoint. Barry has also raced along the borders of hypertime, the part of the timestream where overarching and interconnected web of timelines and realities.
* Speed Force Constructs: Barry has seemingly learned how to form his costume out of Speed Force energy.

Skills:
Acrobatics
Chemistry
Criminology
Firearms
Forensic Science
Hand-to-Hand Combat (Advanced)
Indomitable Will:
Barry possesses enough willpower to operate a Green Lantern Ring.
Investigation: Barry is a master detective, second to only Batman. He can easily start to paint a picture of a crime scene before even running any tests.
Stealth
Genius Level Intellect: Barry possesses a great knowledge of chemistry and forensic sciences. In Volume 4 Reverse, Barry admitted to having once controlled his mass through vibration to allow the laws of gravity to kick in while hurtling toward space even though he was almost blacked out from oxygen loss because he realized he had reached escape velocity.

Weaknesses:
Vulnerability to Dimensional Bursts: Amanda Waller stated that the Speed Force which fuel Barry Allen's powers can be disrupted by a potent enough extradimensional energy burst. She selected Cisco Ramone as a member of the counter league task force to oppose the Justice League to work against The Flash, as Vibe's powers could disrupt his connection to the force in various ways. This was confirmed to be true as when last they fought, Barry had permanently lost some of his speed due to Vibe's attack.

I have a Master CS for Hawkman because I've played him before, so I hope you (GM) don't mind if I post it here and add the additional information you require in this game's template.

HAWKMAN

KATAR HOL
Carter Hall

Face claim: Jess Vill

Age: Appears to be in his 30s.
Origin: Thanagarian
Sexuality: Heterosexual
Place of Birth: Thanaldar, Thanagar
Residences/Base of Operations: Manhattan, New York City, Formerly Hall Manor, Chicago; Saint Roch, Louisiana. (Currently) Wherever the main setting will be.
Occupation: Thanagarian Police Officer (Wingman) and (on Earth) Cop for (whatever city the main setting will be in)

Physical Description: Hawkman is a 6’1” 195 lbs (88 kg) Thanagarian male. His short brown hair is trimmed into a warrior’s cut and he has fierce blue eyes. His body is tight with muscle—his most notable appearance being his Thanagarian one. Nth metal crosses his bulk and makes up the faux-bronze hawk helm that obscures his face. Scaled armor will line his deltoid down his left pectoral and gauntlets cover his hands with vicious spikes for pummeling. His uniform is archaic for being the prodigy of an advanced alien race, reminding one of a barbarian or viking as he wields weapons from spiked maces to battle axes. He always wears his Nth harness beneath his human clothes. His wings are condensed into pocket-like compartments on his back and unfurl on whim, spanning to a length of nine-feet. When he isn’t garbed in his uniform, his superhero uniform, he can be found either wearing his police uniform or wearing casual clothes: tank tops, jeans, cotton shirts, etc. The hair on his body is tasteful, outlining the muscle stacked upon his abdomen and joining beneath his navel in a trail leading down to his nether region. Katar is a handsome man who always stands with his shoulders high, back straight, and chin raised with pride. Confidence gleams like a flame in his eyes and he looks upon every mission with an unwavering focus.

Personality: Hawkman is one of the world’s fiercest attackers and one of its most feared warriors. With his wings and his trusty mace, Hawkman patrols the skies with a savage intensity. Hotheaded, impatient, and single-minded are a few words used to describe him as well as his unrelenting drive. He ranks as one of the world’s greatest heroes—but has also been known to be one of its most dangerous. Many people fear Hawkman’s savage brutality and his penchant for violence, but fear could possibly be the emotion that he wants them to feel. His barbaric methods and borderline disregard for rules and regulations often puts him at odds with earthly law enforcement and his fellow heroes—as he chooses to employ Thanagarian tactics in the pursuit of justice. But through it all, Hawkman’s personal code and sense of justice prevail above all else—which also involves smashing things. (Description brought to you and paraphrased from DCcomics.com)

Katar has an interest in history and archaeology possibly brought on by a subconscious curiosity to look back at his past. Every time he dies, he requires a memory cue in order to restore his memories that are lost. In each of his past lives, Katar was always married, and the same incarnation of his wife tends to resurrect when he does. The memories of his past lover are currently unknown to him but will be restored if ever he encounters her new form.

For being an alien, Katar is rather lax to be around—believe it or not. When he isn’t engrossed in the heat of battle, he is actually an approachable man, reliable, and will always have a teammate’s back. He is one of those individuals that you would want to have your back in any situation. Interesting enough, he isn’t opposed to striking a woman if she proves formidable enough. A femme fighter can expect a fair fight from him.

The Thanagarian can be quite smooth when it comes to flirting. He isn’t afraid to compliment a pretty face and he has enough honor to not go where he isn’t invited; but if a woman were to give him either a hint or sign, she better be prepared for a manful.

Equipment & Powers

Nth Metal Harness, Belt & Boots: Hawkman flies by way of a Thanagarian antigravity metal called Nth metal. His belt, boots, and majority of his armor is crafted from it. Nth metal’s abilities are controlled by the mind of the wearer. They allow him to defy gravity and his wings are used to control his flight.

Claw of Horus: It’s a Nth metal gauntlet and his most powerful weapon besides the ones he usually wields. The glove draws its power from the magnetic core of the Earth. He had once used this glove to knock out Superman and it can be used to disrupt other Nth metal equipment as long as the equipment has Nth metal.

Nth Metal Enhancement: The metal is psychoreactive, responding to the bearer’s thoughts and in its base form has a number of electromagnetic/gravitational properties. Among these is the ability to regulate his body temperature, preventing the need for heavy protective clothing while flying at high altitudes or in desert to arctic conditions. It is known to affect electromagnetism as well as the strong and weak nuclear forces of the universe, but only if one has knowledge of how to use it in such ways. The Nth metal still possesses powers unknown to Hol.

Nth Metal-Induced Enhanced Strength: Katar’s strength level is increased by the Nth metal. He is capable of ripping a car door off its hinges with little effort and has been seen capable of carrying 5 tons of weight.

Nth Metal-Induced Enhanced Durability: Hawkman is able to withstand blows from superhuman opponents as powerful as Black Adam.

Enhanced Vision: Hawkman can observe objects at a great distance or at speeds faster than can be perceived by the normal eye. He once spotted The Flash vibrating through a wall before he was visible. He can also count the flapping of a hummingbird’s wings. He’s shown the ability to deflect swiftly moving projectiles such as bullets and arrows at point blank range.

Accelerated Healing: Nth metal is present in the Thanagarian’s blood granting him the unique ability to regenerate. It can even completely restore a severed limb over time. It has kept him alive, granting him multiple incarnations/reincarnations. It is uncertain if Hawkman ever truly dies for the Nth metal will restore his body over a lengthy period of time; however, with barely any recollection of who he was in his past life.

Fowl Speech: Just a play on words, but he can communicate with birds, having used several geese to distract some thugs.

Advantages

Thanagarian: As a Thanagarian, Katar Hol possesses several gifts that are common to members of his race, but set him apart from normal humans. A Thanagarian’s lifespan is significantly greater than that of a normal human being. In the prime of his life, Katar was actually older than many of Earth’s senior citizens. A Thanagarian is also physically heartier than the average Earthling. They are stronger with greater stamina and resistance to pain. They also possess enhanced senses.

Master of Arms: Due to his multiple incarnations and having the trace memories of all of them, Katar is proficient in various types of archaic weapons from his past lives: battle axes, maces, swords, spears, and shields. He is current with modern technology having utilized various weapons while acting as an officer in the police force. He is also familiar with futuristic technology such as the weapons found on his Thanagarian ship,  “The Brontadon," Rannian light armor, and advanced laser weaponry. He has also shown expertise with a bow. Although his skill in archery is impeccable, his accuracy is nowhere near as good as Green Arrow’s.

Master Combatant: Hawkman has gone toe-to-toe with several renowned super-powered beings: Superman, Blockbuster, Lobo, the Shaggy Man, and a slew of Atlantians.

Multilinguism: He can speak various languages, having learned several through his past lives.

Thanagarian Liaison: This role is self-explanatory. He can be viewed as an ambassador of his people, but really, he’s just a cop on his home planet.

Disadvantages

Outwittable: It’s not easy to do but several villains as well as other members of the League (ie. Batman) have been able to outwit Hawkman.

Reckless: Sometimes impatiently charging into battle, whether he was confident or not, isn’t always the best tactic. As sure as he may be of his skills in battle, sometimes it leads to him damaging structures, equipment, and sometimes even the villain!

Susceptible to Death: It sounds silly but his savage behavior has gotten him killed on multiple occasions. However, he doesn’t die the same way twice and every time he dies, he learns something from it. Unfortunately, one can never learn enough.

Past Romance: He is partial to his past lover whenever she is reincarnated. When he is reincarnated, he is unaware of her existence and memories of her are unknown to him but somehow fate draws them both together to reenact the tale of love and misery, over and over and over again.

Background

The history of Hawkman can be rather complicated because he was killed off constantly by his writers only to be remade in an attempt to get him right. I am going to summarize the history that I am creating for this character based off of his alien lineage and carrying on through his Egyptian and onward. I made a very basic chronology of his past lives based on canon:

  • Lands on Earth in a Thanagarian ship with orders to pursue Bythseveral hundreds of years ago. During this period, he decides not to return home and remains on Earth with his wife, Shayera Thal.
  • Prince KhufuAncient Egypt, consort Chay-Ara.
  • Brian Kent (Silent Knight)5th century Britain, love Lady Celia Penbrook.
  • Konrad Von Grimm14th century Germany.
  • Captain John Smith16th century Colonial Virginia.
  • Hannibal HawkesAmerican Old West, love Cinnamon.
  • Detective James Wrightearly 20th century, love Sheila Carr.
  • Carter Hallcurrent period, love unknown.
