Seeking players for Savage Rifts (LGBTQ friendly - still recruiting)

Following a discussion about a Rifts game in the Seeking GM thread, I've decided to give this a chance.

So I'm recruiting players for a Savage Rifts game, set in the Rifts Earth setting after the Tolkeen campaign, but using the Savage Rifts rules.

(Edit 1-11-18) Since so many wants to play females I'd be more than happy to accept a few characters that are not female Males, tTransgender, futas, femboys, traps.... all are welcome

A note of mutants/d-bees: If you want to use your favorite d-bee or mutant then by all means come by me. There's a lot of open opportunities in the rules for creating new species. But I will be hard pressed to allow any race build (even by the rules) with more than -5 points of limitations.



Game: The Savage Rifts (or some unearthly cool name that I can't come up with now)

Game

• Section the Game will be placed in and whether it is a system game or not.
  The game will be categorized under Non-con Exotic Extreme small group (changed 01-13-18).
• Who is the RP open to? (Gender, Sexuality, etc..?)

• Short Summary of Player Roles and General Story/Plot.   
  There are ancient evils lurking in the wilderness of the Rifts torn Earth. Some evils are of mankind's own doing, both past and present, and others are more alien than a human mind can comprehend. But all have that in common that they threaten the fragile communities that try to establish themselves in the unforgiving lands of Rifts Earth. Will the players be the bulwark to stop the relentless wave of evil, or will they along with everyone else will become the victims of the same evil? 
• Setting.
  Rifts Earth. Most likely set in the vicinity of Chi-Town and the Magic Zone.   
• Plot Outline.       
• Character creation info/guidelines if any. 
  Characters will be created using the Savage Rifts rules as well as the Savage Worlds rules.  
• Required Resources (If any) (If a system game - What books(ver.) or links to information needed such as an online guide or wiki?) 
  No prior knowledge of Savage Worlds are required. GM will help guide anyone through both character creation and the rules. 
• Game Pacing.     
• How much sexual activity is likely to occur or expected, if any?   
  That will greatly depend on the players wishes.  However the following will NOT appear: Anything outside the site rules!

When her powers manifested she knew that sooner or later the CS would find out about her and she packed up and left the burbs. However a psi-stalker patrol got the scent of her and the resulting mess left several buildings burned to the ground. She has a fiery temper.

I'm definitely interested, but I've never played savage worlds. Is it easy enough to learn? (I'm not new to systems in the least)

I'd say that Savage Worlds is a rather easy system to learn.

It basically comes down to rolling the die of your trait, being d4, d6, d8, d10 or d12. You have to hit the target number 4 (perhaps with modifiers for circumstances) to succeed. In combat when you hit someone you roll damage versus your target's toughness (and armor) as a TN - if you beat the TN then you damage your opponent.

The character creation rules are somewhat balanced and have a lot of familiar features from other games.

There're five attributes, there are skills, there are edges (sort of feats or advantages) and if you take some hindrances (disadvantages) you can get a few extra abilities.

I can also have Muse help me out, but I can deal with a simple system like that. Strongly considering playing a Dog Boy (well, strictly speaking a Dog Girl )

As a note though, unless someone corrects me on this, a Dog Boy is now JUST a class; you can take an OCC on top of it in Savage Rifts, though they have some limitations...

I think what Keelan means is that dog boys (and girls) are a race now. You'll have to take some sort of "class" (what is called an iconic framework in savage rifts) on top of that. Dog boys can't choose anything with magic. And they most often stay with the MARS (mercenaries, adventurers, rogues and scholars) frameworks.

Hmm, dog boy (probably merc of some sort) or a dragon. I mean, there is a certain appeal to being a dragon. Would a dragon be considered "mature" enough to be compliant with Elliquiy's rules though?

Character concept:  A Battle Mage, using the personal concept MCC and the Arcane Background.  I went with a techno-mage originally (in the interest check) but didn't like how she turned out.  This concept is probably weaker than a techno-mage or ley-line walker, and more focused on melee combat.
Rifts experience: Very little
Savage worlds (or Savage Rifts) experience:  Some savage worlds, but not much.
Gender (character - not player): Female
Sexual orientation (character - not player): Straight
Age (all characters must be 18+ Not open to discussion):  Mid to late twenties
Species of character: Human
Non-Con open (yes or no): Yes
Dom/sub/switch: Sub
Sexual likes (up to 5): For me?  Non-con, multiple partners, humiliation, slavery, clothes, etc.
Sexual dislikes (up to 5):  Site limits, gore.
Short character background (a few lines - don't give me a novel):  I see her as having grown up in or near the Pecos Empire, or at least has spent some time there.  She worked as a Vampire Hunter for a time, though of slightly better morals than those she hung out with, before heading north to try and join her brethren in Tolkeen (or at least avenge them).  She probably has ties of some sort to the Federation of Magic (Dunscon's faction at least) and maybe Lazlo (or at least their militia)

Jiji and many of her sisters became Lightning Warriors, and operated primarily in stealth operations focused on eliminating demons. After three years of service, several of the members were selected for 'expanded demon-quelling operations,' essentially sending soldiers either individually or in small groups outside of Rifts China in an expanded effort to eliminate the demon threats...

I'm pretty sure that the age requirements still apply to hatchling dragons. And just to be on the safe side it does in my game.

However there's nothing saying that a player can't play a dragon that has been out and about in the world for at least 18 years. That would actually make it a little less silly than the idea depicted in the Rifts books where dragons are like days old (or even mere hours) when the game begins, but begin as the most powerful characters. You would however have to play the dragon a bit more mature minded than dragons are often depicted. No matter what age characters are I don't want anyone acting like kids

And I just realized my idea was based on some half remembered info from when I played rifts...around 25 years ago. I had remembered that the Dog Boy entry also mentioned other types that are used, including wolves coyotes and foxes. I had wanted to play a fox "dog" boy, but that may no longer be kosher.

Short character background: Born and raised in Tolkien, only daughter of a cyber knight named Klael Baraxat and his homemaker wife Chiaki.  When Andarael was thirteen, her father's shield brother Zane brought her her father's sword and energy rifles, with the grave news of his death and the thanks of the thousands he died saving.  This strengthened Andarael's resolve to follow in her father's footsteps, and the next y ear she asked Zane to make her his squire.

Well their armor is styled after the whole Punisher/Ghost(COD:MWII)/Death knight thing that some people in combat zones adopt with about 300 years of Post-Apocalyptic filter added.

C&S Crusader Heavy Combat Armor: A lot of mercenaries and adventurers harken back to ancient Earth history for their inspiration, inciting a wave of armor design that looks more like the suit of a medieval knight than anything truly modern. The construction, however, is wholly technological and highly functional. The Crusader (created by a company called Chivalry & Sorcery) is a heavy suit with Full Environment Protection

Cyber-Knight Light Armor (TW): Most suits of this style combine chain and composite plating components, and while they can look either classical or modern, they certainly employ modern metals
