Hello... I couldn't figure out where I might find this and I've been wondering for about a week or so.

But what's the difference between a Lady and a Dame or a Lord and a Knight?

And are there any other altered member group titles like this?

I apologize if this wasn't the right place to put this but I had no idea where else to look.
