Fallout (female for Dom Male)

So, lately I've been craving a good Fallout game. I have a few ideas bouncing around but I'm open to more/different ideas. I find myself fond of a vault dweller running into Caesars Legion or perhaps the Brotherhood of Steel. Either way, it'd be a sweet, naive to the wasteland character meeting a stern, military leader type. There's also ghouls and super-mutants. I'd be willing to play a ghoul but not a mutant, but I don't care if my partner plays either one. I do ask that if a super-mutant is played, that it's a smarter then average mutant.
