Keeping the theatre in business

Greg, the owner of a hand-me-down, failing performance theatre, accepted a little bit of help from a stranger who had seemed very interested in his stage, and basement. Next thing he knows, he's up to his knees in human trafficking and auctions going on in his place after-hours. All he, and his staff, have to do is turn a blind eye, hope everything works out, and rake in the money, but the moral violations have weighed heavily on his heart and mind.

I'd like to play out how Greg and another person(s) involved (someone from the trade ring, or theatre staff, or police officer or friend or something along those lines.)  would handle the situation once things got to be too much, or legal matters started to collapse, or someone just snaps, or there was a raid.

Just trying to get something going for now.  I had made a sample post, roughly along the same idea, for my application, and it's been floating in my head ever since.
