Background: Cassandra grew up in the slums of Neo Angelus, the oldest child of two to a mother that worked as an entertainer at the Iridescent Wings strip club and a paper-pusher father at Omnicorp. Being Class D citizens gave them all few prospects, but they did the best they could, her father nearly working himself to death to get a status upgrade. Cassandra discovered a knack for technology at a young age, but lack of money and contacts made it difficult to acquire computers legally. As a young teenager, she used her knowledge to assist rebel groups and those with money as a hacker and cyber terrorist: getting access to information, overloading server farms, blackmail, among other things. It wasn't until she broke into one Omnicorp's top data centers that their security force kicked her door down and hauled her away.

Tried and eventually convicted, she expected to spend the rest of her life in a detention center, but Omnicorp gave her a choice; never ones to turn down a potential asset, they offered to "rehabilitate" her. During her time in lock-up, she learned her younger brother died of a drug overdose and her father was murdered by a splicer gang. Cassandra accepted the offer and request she be taken to their police academy. She not only passed but excelled and was upgraded to Class C upon leaving. Her following years of service saw her promoted to Detective and eventual upgrade to Class B. Though her mother died of a Nanophage outbreak several years earlier, she was certain her family would be proud of her.

Current Craving: Going Corporate

This is Neo Angelus
The city is full of grit and people of less than honest professions; from corporate bigwigs abusing their positions to the unstable psychopaths in the dregs of the populace. Cassandra and her partner must work to apprehend the city's worst scum, all the while trying to maintain their own personal relationship.

Ghosts of the Past
An old flame of Cassandra's shows up wanting a favor. Just when she thought she was out of the criminal underworld, she finds herself going back in order to right some past wrongs.

Going Corporate
Cassandra is recruited by an unscrupulous and dangerous OmniCorp executive to be her personal "fixer". The job comes with good pay as well as additional "benefits".
