Geri smiled " oh I have a plan, " she called her brother he came out " you still able to hack the corps " he laughs and nods " great, he's made me a wanted women so let them know I'm here"

"You sure this is a good idea?" Nicole asked. "We don't know how big his army is and there's only four of us right about now."

"I'll help if I can," Nicole said. "I think my creature and Carreyra have a bit of...unfinished business."

" he says I have an army I want to take control of it?" She smiled " bro give 48 hours then call him in"

"Sounds like a plan," Nicole said. "At least here there's no civilians to get caught in the crossfire."

"What are we supposed to do?" Nicole asked. "I'm not a big fan of sitting around doing nothing personally."

"I suppose he still has an army," Nicole said, standing up. "C'mon girls, we'd better get going before the others wonder where we've got to."

Katya barely acknowledged her as she walked towards the car, Nicole letting out a sigh. "What am I supposed to tell Yuri about why you're not here?"

" my plan if you must be on stand by"

"And if he doesn't like that answer?" Nicole asked. "You're expecting a lot of me and Katya, whether you two realise it or not."

"It's you who's choosing to walk away from me though," she said, tensing up without realising it.

" I sense your anger toward me " he smiled " unjust anger is usually best avoided "

"I'm not angry," she said, trying to calm herself down.

"Be careful," Nicole said, watching her. "Katya has a particular...talent which only surfaces when she gets angry."

She let her illusion powers slip, revealing a burn that ran up most of her arm and a scar which rendered one eye completely blind. But the most extraordinary sight was her other arm, revealed to be entirely bionic.

"At least some of this was done by someone...at the very least with similar powers to you," she said angrily. "And even ignoring that, she seems to have given up already, it feels like she wants to leave me here alone."

" you go to Gerri if that is what you want" he smiled " and yes a fire starter like me could have done that, but well my powers can't harm flesh "

"Then what did this?" she said, looking him square in the eye. "If you're right there's someone running around with your powers claiming to be you."

" not with my powers watch " a small fire start on nicoles neck she does not notice at first then asks is it getting hot in here? He stopped the fire " there was another person called nitro she died me for copying her name I moved out here"

"That doesn't change the fact Geri is dying," she said, now a mix of angry and upset. "She seems resigned to it and she won't even let me help her."
