"Get her to the medbay," Isaac said as he undid the girl's seatbelt. "She may be fine but I want her to get checked over first."

"I guess we'd all better head that way," Lucas said to Geri. "We need to check how Kat is getting on."

She hulk took her and ran off " you get my reason right Lucas?"

"I'm not sure it really matters what I think," he replied. "I can't imagine you'd change your mind just because it was my opinion."

" I value your opinion and I am still going to talk Katya her opinion matters "

"I think it would break her heart if you left her here," Lucas replied. "And I'm not sure she has the strength to get over that."

" ok if you think I am helping I shall not surguest it "

They headed to the sickbay, where Anya was waiting with a bed already set-up for the newcomer, while Katya was dozing slightly on her bed. "Her blood pressure has returned to relative normality," Anya said to Geri. She managed to eat something before she started dozing at least."

" Avya when will she recover?"

"From what's ailing her right now or completely?" Anya asked. "Because the news is...in all honesty, rather mixed."

" I just want to know when we can leave"

[Lady Jenn]

"As long as she has a wheelchair not long from now," Anya replied. "Assuming she doesn't deteriorate considerably anyway."

" and will she walk again?"

[Lady Jenn]

"The optimistic answer is yes," Anya replied. "The honest answer? You have to be prepared for the possibility we cannot undo all the damage."

" ok, " she kissed Katya on the cheek " Katya Hun we should talk soon" she said trying not to wake her

"You didn't have too much fun without me did you?" Kat said groggily, reaching her hand out to take Geri's arm.

" no and it wasn't him I am afraid, " she kissed katyas head " Kat " she said in a serious tone " this is one of the hardest things i've said and I am saying it because I love you no other reason" she turned away for a few moments and then turned back " I want us to marry, I don't mind if my wife is pushed down the isle or if I walk down it to her. What I am saying darling is please please don't feel you have to walk anywhere for me I love you and how ever that means you have to arrive "

"You don't need to be upset," she said, squeezing her hand. "Yuri would be able to tell you I never do anything I don't want to, I would love to walk down the aisle but..." she paused. "AVA put it pretty bluntly, there's no solution they can guarantee might not wind up with me in more trouble than I was in before."

" I am umupset because all those years ago when I could have teamed with you but choose to go solo, we could have" she paused and kissed her I love you surely that is enough "

"Enough?" Katya asked, chuckling. "Everytime I remember that it feels like I just won the lottery, it's more than enough."

" so we can " she smiled " head back to the coffee shop and get married " she looked at her " and your get down the isle by any means that you can" she smiled

"I jokingly suggested they could make me a floating chair like you see in comics," she said, laughing. "Then AVA said they actually have the tech to build one if we wanted it."
