[Lady Jenn]

"Okay," he said, glad for the fact a medical kit suddenly rose out of the floor next to him. "If I'm right this is only really severe appendicitis, but we need to remove it urgently."

[Lawshenk]

“ ok what do I do?”

[Lady Jenn]

"Anaesthetic is the first thing we need," he replied. "She may be unconscious, but the last thing we need is her suddenly waking up mid-operation."

[Lawshenk]

She looked around and grabbed some " here you go doctor"

[Lady Jenn]

"Next thing we need is something to cut her open," he said, as he injected the anaesthetic. "If we're lucky this place has some form of laser to do that, it would be less messy than using a knife."

[Lawshenk]

"Ava ? Any thing ?"

[Lady Jenn]

In response a machine rose from the floor next to Jenni. "This can both cut a relatively bloodless hole in the skin and reseal it again," Ava responded. "Considering her fragile state this is a safer option than using an ordinary knife."

[Lawshenk]

Jenny handed it to him " doctor, anything else"

[Lady Jenn]

"This is going to sound ridiculous to anyone who's never been in an operating theatre before," he replied. "But I'm going to need something to mop my brow."

[Lawshenk]

Gepjeeni grabs some tissue and does

[Lady Jenn]

He cut her open, wincing as he caught sight of the appendix. "Okay, I could do with a hand here, this is dangerously close to bursting, no wonder she took a turn so suddenly."

[Lawshenk]

" me or Ava? She asked hoping for the later?"

[Lady Jenn]

"I need someone a little more...hands-on," he said, laughing. "So it'd definitely be a job better suited to you Jenni."

[Lawshenk]

" I hope I don't throw up" she moved next to him" what do I do?

[Lady Jenn]

"I need a clear path to her appendix," he replied. "There are enough arteries and veins in the area that if we get this wrong she's going to bleed out on us."

[Lawshenk]

“ so what do I do?”

[Lady Jenn]

"Provide some light so I can see where I'm going," he replied. "And take over the process if my hands become unsteady."

[Lawshenk]

“ me “ she said grabbing a light “ I’m not sure I could”

[Lady Jenn]

"I can at least tell you what to do if I have to," he said as he moved his hands carefully around, trying to find the easiest path to the infected organ. "Plus you'd have AVA here to help too."

[Lawshenk]

“ Ok “ she looked at Ava “ can you please please grab me a bucket and I might start to turn green not hulk green, she warned them”

[Lady Jenn]

"It might not be needed," he said as a bucket appeared. "Just hold that light steady, I need to make sure I remove this safely." He was working so slowly that, at a distance, the observer could be mistaken for him taking no action whatsoever.

“ ok “ she hold the light still

[Lady Jenn]

He managed to breathe a sigh of relief as he removed it safely. "Can you seal the cut again or would you rather I did?"

She looked at it and then used the bucket, “ erm well I hope that answers the question”
