She kissed him again " I at least need your help with kissing"

"I'm not sure I'm that good," he said, blushing. "Although, in fairness, I've not really got anything to compare it to. I know you're great though."

" well maybe we can get better together if that is what you want "

[Lady Jenn]

"I'd love that," he replied. "But...only if it's what you want as well, you don't have to if you don't want to."

[Lawshenk]

" well I would bite your hand off for that chance, but not greenie she may have other opinions

[Lady Jenn]

"Hmm, that's a good point," he said thoughtfully. "Maybe I can make a convincing argument, she might find she enjoys it too."

" but first your have to survive won't you"

[Lady Jenn]

"If I can survive having a poisoned knife through the shoulder I'm doing pretty well," he said, finally able to sit up without too much pain. "Let's just agree not to repeat that next time we want to kiss, okay?"

" I am not sure I fully get you, sorry '

[Lady Jenn]

"That was my attempt at humour," he said, chuckling. "I'm even worse at jokes than I thought." He moved a hand towards her, but decided to wait to see if she would respond in any way.

She smiled " you are going to be ok then"

[Lady Jenn]

"Yeah," he replied. "Thank you for that, if I'd blacked out at any point...I dread to think what would've happened, we're a long way from anyone capable of saving my life. I owe you one."

" we both wanted it not just me"

[Lady Jenn]

"True," he said, grinning. "I would've made it very clear if I didn't want that. I should probably check the pl-" he tried standing up, before sitting down with a wince. "Y'know what, I'll trust the auto-pilot to get us where we want."

" sorry that in the fight I left you"

[Lady Jenn]

"I told you to," he said. "If you'd been paying attention to me and someone else had got hurt it would've been much worse."

[Lawshenk]

" I should have moved the knife or knocked that things light out at least*

[Lady Jenn]

"It's not your fault," he said, pulling her into a hug. "I'm recovering, no civilians were hurt...one thing you learn about this job, you can't stop everything bad from happening, but if you can save lives that's all that matters."

[Lawshenk]

" what about the thing?"

[Lady Jenn]

"The authorities have it now," he replied. "He's not our problem unless he breaks free again, but I'd be surprised if that happens."

[Lawshenk]

" isn't it one of us?"

[Lady Jenn]

"Only in the sense it has superpowers," he replied. "If we'd allowed it to go free it would've just put more people in danger."

[Lawshenk]

" so " she said looking seriuos " let's say this Jenni you know not us to be clear the one from this universe, let say she had powers and can't handle them and that she turned in to something like that?"

[Lady Jenn]

"I'm not sure what you mean," he said. "Do you think I should have handled that differently?"

" I'm saying if he was your dad or brother or son and his powers over whelmed him, he had no one to help him or to show him how to control himself, how would you feel knowing what's going to happen to him "
