The Next Generation

[Lady Jenn]

"Do you mind a bit of a walk?" he asked Jenni. "Unfortunately we can't land too close to the café, this transport isn't exactly...subtle."

[Lawshenk]

" not at all" she smiled " I wanted a walk any way. To stretch my legs"

[Lady Jenn]

He guided the plane down, suddenly wincing and touching the side of his head. "Remind me to drink some water," he said. "I just realised I've not drunk any for a while."

[Lawshenk]

" ok?" She smiled " does that effect how you feel then?"

[Lady Jenn]

"Dehydration can be a problem," he replied. "If I was smart I'd have had a glass of water before we flew, I should just be thankful I didn't get a bad headache while we were in the air."

[Lawshenk]

" your a healer?"

[Lady Jenn]

"Unfortunately headaches are beyond my powers," he said, chuckling as they landed. "It'd make my life a hell of a lot easier otherwise, believe me."

[Lawshenk]

" so erm you can heal your self then I was going to ask that"

[Lady Jenn]

"Only if I'm conscious," he replied. "If I've been knocked out then I can't activate my powers, unfortunately they don't work automatically."

[Lawshenk]

Oh I get you”

[Lady Jenn]

"I've known one hero whose powers can activate themselves," Isaac said as the engines powered down. "He has to live out in the middle of nowhere and sedates himself every night, because his powers can be rather...spectacular."

[Lawshenk]

“ so do you help many like me.”

[Lady Jenn]

"I've got to admit you're the first," he said, chuckling. "Does that make you feel at all special?"

[Lawshenk]

She blushed " yes is our destination far?"

[Lady Jenn]

"It's about five minutes walk north of here," he replied, exiting the plane. "Luckily it's flat ground so it's not too strenuous a walk there."

[Lawshenk]

" ok"  she smiled " being hear makes me feel special and thought I dont find you attractive I do feel amazing near you"

[Lady Jenn]

"I..." he paused, not at all sure how to respond and glad to see the café was visible up the road. "There's the café now, I told you it wouldn't take long to get there."

[Lawshenk]

" oh " she blushed " sorry you don't feel the same way"

[Lady Jenn]

"That's not what I..." he started saying, sighing. "I'm not good at explaining this, to anyone, just ignore me."

[Lawshenk]

" it's ok I understand " she smiled " I'm akward as well"

[Lady Jenn]

"I'm sorry about kissing you before," he said. "I...I haven't kissed someone before, you probably hated it."

[Lawshenk]

" I had never been kissed " she looked at him " it was akward and not how I imagined but hate is a strong word"

[Lady Jenn]

"How did you imagine it?" he asked raising an eyebrow. "Sorry, that's a bit personal, I'm just curious."

[Lawshenk]

" tingly ? I really don't know " she smiled " it was good though"

[Lady Jenn]

"I think it might have surpassed my expectations," he said, laughing. "Not that I knew what to expect, really."
