"Cos he's British," Katya replied, laughing. "And British people try and be as polite as possible, so he'd be distraught if he felt you'd been offended by him."

(so am I, I may have just been talking nonsense, wasn't sure how to explain it after I'd started that sentence lol)

"Why don't you just talk to him," Katya said. "I'm sure he'd apologise if he knew you were upset with him."

" I'm ok " she sighed " he can think what he likes but it's hurts when he's cute" she bit her lip

"I think he's single," Katya said, smiling. "Or at least, if he does have a girlfriend, he's managed to avoid mentioning her at all since we first met."

" ok " she smiled " mind you he might not like me?"

"Not got anything to lose by asking him," Geri replied. "But...then again the problem is if you're determined to go home, you may not get a chance to see him again."

"So...you want to ask Isaac out?" Katya asked, suddenly hearing a noise in the distance. "Well, if you really want to I think you'll have a chance to do so soon."

"So is he," Katya said, smiling. "That just shows that you two would be perfect together, you might be just what each other needs in fact."

" I'm not attracted to him but he is cute " she blushed " I'm not doing well at this am i"

"Just talk to him," Katya managed to say, just in time for Isaac to walk through the door, the mermaid close behind. "You took your time Isaac," she said, stifling a laugh.

"I got here eventually," he said, oblivious to what she was trying to do. "We just had to pick up a couple of things on the way here, that's all."

She coyly smiled at him "Isaac i never asked any one before but do want to go out some time"

Mummies stared at her doe eyed

"Well...um..." Isaac was turning bright pink, making Geri chuckle.

"I'd say that's his way of saying yes," Katya said. "Unless you want to contradict me Isaac?" He made no attempt at denying it. "There you go Jenn."

Jenni blushed and smiled " I'll  need to get some clothing first

"Is there anything you need us to do?" Kat asked Mymi. "Well, I should say Geri or Isaac to do, unless it involves sitting on the sofa," she said, laughing.
