Suddenly her tummy rumbled loudly, making her give an embarrassed laugh. "So...I think it might be breakfast time, don't you?"

" yeah" she smiled and looked around and

"We're making pancakes," came Lydia's shout from the kitchen.

"Fancy getting me some?" Katya asked Geri. "I'm not sure whether they'd allow me to get in the wheelchair just yet, otherwise I'd come with you."

Gerri gently climbed over her " yeah I get up some " she said glumly

[Lady Jenn]

"Go find Isaac," she said, grabbing her hand. "Maybe these wires can come out and I can at least sit at the table with you guys, it's not like I'm going to be running a marathon or anything."

Gerri followed the order

"Isaac can katya eat with us"

[Lady Jenn]

"I think she's had enough blood and hydration at this point," Isaac replied, smiling. "I could do with your help though, taking them out is going to be painful for her, and I'm betting she'd like someone to hold her hand through it."

" I can be her hand to squeeze on " she smiled

[Lady Jenn]

"Time for these to come out," Isaac said, wheeling the wheelchair over to the bed as Katya took Geri's hand. "I'm not going to lie, this is going to hurt, but it shouldn't take long." He took both tubes out, washing each location before putting temporary bandages over both. "Those are only temporary," he said. "Now I advise you get in the kitchen before Anna and Tyler eat all the pancakes," Isaac said, laughing.

Gerri sat there and picked her up and helped her in to the wheel chair heading into the kitchen " how's does this feel? "

[Lady Jenn]

"Much better," she said, smiling as she saw Lydia indicate two places left empty next to her. "I think they might have been waiting for us."

"I haven't had a chance to talk to you yet," Lydia said. "Nicole's been telling me so many wonderful things about you I wanted to find out for myself."

Gerri sat next to her and smiled she deliberately silent

"Are you okay?" Yuri, sat on the other side of Geri, asked her. "We haven't had much chance to talk since the battle with Carreyra."

" it has to be said, I am depressed" she did not nice items

[Lady Jenn]

"Do you want to talk to someone?" Yuri asked quietly. "We could skip breakfast and talk now if you want."

" I want to eat but yes*

[Lady Jenn]

"Lydia, can you keep an eye on the kids?" Yuri asked as he got up. "We won't be long, just give us a shout if there's a problem." With that he took Geri out of the door and towards the edge of the clearing away from the house, deciding to let her speak first.

"Yuri, I " she thought/ " firstly there are to many off us here were sitting ducks " she turned on the spot " I killed some one and what ever good that has done it was wrong"

[Lady Jenn]

"That's called being human," Yuri said. "Decent people take no pleasure in killing another person, no matter how bad that person may have been. And you're right, we need to split up the group, but we need to figure out who should go where."

" so how do i get over it"

[Lady Jenn]

"That is something you will have to find out for yourself," Yuri said. "But I know this, Katya will be there to help you, if you allow her to be."

" sorry but she is going through enough right now "

"She loves you," Yuri said. "She will be there for you, just as you are there for her during her struggle. I'm not saying tell her now, but be honest with her, help her understand."
