I saw this looks great. If others want to join later, I don't see a problem with that personally. However, I don't think waiting would be great.

That's a thumbs up from Wicked. Gateman and Phantom, give your thumbs up and I will post the OOC and IC threads and we'll get started.

The first order of business will be hammering out how we start the game, and we can do that in OOC. My feeling is this: We decide in OOC what kind of relationships our characters have with each other prior to, and during, the Event. For instance, I'm thinking Riske and Puma may have been working together on a case, and maybe Dolly and Whisper were also together. Hell, maybe Puma and Riske were trying to take down Dolly and Whisper.

I want to establish relationships and how we came together as a survival group, then start the game. My preference is not to discover each other during the game, as that will take a long time and I'd rather get into the nitty gritty of a small group surviving together in the apocalypse. However, please voice your opinions on this as this is now your game as much as it is mine, so we'll collaborate on what everyone wants.

Thank you for your character submissions! I hope I didn't ruffle too many feathers with my being critical and picky, but I think it's worth it to hammer out the details ahead of time before we start the engine.

Nah, I expect my GMs to be a lot pickier, so you're fine with me. As for rather we wait or start now, I'd say start now. The genre in general and this type of setting in particular gives an easy way for new players to come in without disrupting the flow of the story. I'm happy with 4 people, honestly, but I'm not gonna leave in disgust or anything if we get another player coming in. I prefer smaller groups, personally, since the more moving parts are in a machine, the higher the chance one of them will cause the machine to break.
