Hello, jumping in late with a submission, though submissive he is not. Looking at an Old Warhorse idea. Retired from the wars to Barker/Strongman/Ticketbox for the troupe. Aesir soldier who has seen too many wars, needed to retire, and not see the men who didn't come back. Joined the troupe because he had a voice that reached across the great market, an arm that could raise the tent, and the demeanor to cow the bastards.

I so want the Zingaren fencer/scholar as a slave.

Personality: Saucy, tempestuous, and overconfident!

Sexuality:   A bisexual feme fetalle.  Though playfully flirty, she favors feminine companionship.  Burned by entirely too many men lately--especially her father--Perla's default attitude towards men is that they are means to an end.  That end could be wealth, power, or simply the amusement of watching them dance on her strings.  She makes an exception for proven friends, treating them as such, and occasionally as casual lovers as well.  (Very rarely, she'll find herself becoming truly submissive in the arms of a male friend...  This is both terrifying and alluring.) 

Role in troupe: Dancing girl, courtesan, and rope bondage artist.   

Motivations: Perla is trying to get clear of Zingara, see the world, master her swordplay, and make her fortune at the expense of men to arrogant to appreciate her for anything but her body. 

Backstory:  The first is the daughter of a Zingaran sword-master who taught her his art but still expected her to be obedient and submissive.  When he arranged a marriage to a man she loathed--a noble brat who was the sword master's student and potential heir to his school--Perla was outraged, in no small part because she wished to be the heir to her father's school herself. 
   She stole her fiance's sword and ran away with a carnival, where she works as a dancing girl and courtesan, and puts on displays of rope bondage.

Personality: "Large older mentor with benefits type, trying to provide a safe place for his friends to make a living. As they find other things to occupy them, he is the bear that accompanies them to keep them out of trouble. War has lost its shine, but adventure..."

Sexuality:   "Hetero, though company is often welcome. "

Role in troupe:  Barker/Bouncer/Strongman/Ticketbox/Storyteller

Motivations:  Keep them safe, perhaps help someone else realize, the life of risk is interesting, but what is the problem with a nice, easy day.

Backstory:  An Aesir title-hunter, seeking glory and the secret of steel, or some such nonsense. Had the great love, the great kill, the great victory, the great loss, again, again, again, the great losses stacked up, but the wins seemed to stay individual. His wife, his second wife, his daughter, his son, these losses pulled him away from his people.

     He found his place among the performers, liars every one, and he fit right in. A story for every occasion, a strong arm to raise the tent, or balance a performer, a powerful voice to call the onlookers or announce the next act and an imposing demeanor to cow the tough and real problem alike.

Plot Hook, Little does Wulfhere know, a petty dabbler in sorcery, has been summoning “accidents, poison, and fell luck” against those she cares about. All for the slight of having killed her beloved a temptress that had used demonic magicks against those in their lands.


On & Offs    Not comfortable with male on male, though orgies are within comfort zone. This man is more for comfortable extended foreplay, or a good hate fuck.

Looking to start this up coming week.   I had hope this week.  But with school starting for older daughter my second day off changing and needing to get the dog to the vets for his rabies shot.   I will open up OOC thread on the weekend.   Then with some final prep on DM part,  get things rolling next week with in character thread.

Well I'm loading up on barely decent Stygian clothing, the dress and under tunic won't leave much to the imagination but enough left to ones imagination to not be indecent around children, outer clothes for colder climates, some jewelry, items to remove hair, a skilled slave woman good at tending to a Stygian woman of means and educated and raised in her temple what she lacks in beauty she makes up for with skills, one fit male slave she has as a bodyguard (same temple) and some coin left over when I'm done. But want to get the list right. Of course she has practical clothes and armor for when its needed. Her religious outfit is a sheer tight form fitting tunic, and a smile, and some jewelry to accent her form but well in her temple she tends to also have sex a lot so being over dressed is impractical.

One thing though she needs birth control how much for a custom made tortoise shell diaphragm or would spending coins for stones be better, one option would be to get polished hard stones placed in her womb to prevent a baby being implanted in her belly but that is far less reversible (it would make her infertile and well require a skilled surgeon to remove). Both in real history were options she's leaning to the latter she can always adopt a child or two later. Her temple likely can provide for either option at a fair price being one of their family. It depends how much she an orgyplans to fuck though an occasional cock the shell is good if more than stones would be sensible.

Stygian temptress .. with slaves among the troupe .. hnmm. . and Snakeworshiper no less..  not going to be liked in Hyborian lands (basicly anything north of river) Hyborian kingdoms are in constant state of war with Stygia and as its basicly theocracy..  I would assume religious pherpelia would be wise to keep hidden aswell the fact of being one of them..

She doesn't worship Set. There is one other deity worshipped in the Capital and she is far more pleasant and fun to worship.

Tru dath, but .. none else, except Stygians , know the difference.. To rest of the world (north of river) there is only 1 god south of the border.. and its Set.
That was actually one of the reasons I did not make Stygian character.. they are not very liked anywhere.. (not even south of Stygia.. )

But sure, there are ways to be more liked Stygian.. Like traveling charlatan/thespian and not to outplay your heritage.
(and not like everyone hates them, there are so many stygian lotus houses all around.. so they cant be that bad right ?.. Keep the spice flowing...

It helps she is a common Stygian and she can make a case like commoners of other nations that exactly how is she different, I'm sure in the inserted nation she is in most commoners just get along and don't make waves that's the same in Stygia. If she was a priestess of Set or a noble then they likely have a case to hate her but she isn't doing anything bad but she is earning honest coin like the commoners of the nation she is in and spending coin on local merchants and making love to willing partners as an act of piety to her goddess. Most will likely respect that its an honest life. A typical farmer, fisherman, soldier and tradesman is no different just people.
