Player preferences not working

When I try to view anyone's preferences it says that their profile is not set up.  Is this just on my end?

That is...odd. I just tried to click my own and it said I didn't have mine set up, but I most certainly do. O_o

Same here. Also looking at mine: it seems to have been cleared out. There's no info any more.

Please help! I was recently messaged about something in my roleplay preferences for which my feelings and opinions have changed. Today, I attempted to update my preferences, only to have them never truly take. Initially, I tried pushing the submit button, which worked well to eliminate the text I needed gone, but didn't help with the actual preferences. After visiting the help page regarding that specifically, I realized it wouldn't help anyways, as they update automatically. I went through to attempt again, for it not to take once again. After this, I switched from Google Chrome to Microsoft Edge, thinking it may be the browser interfering. Alas, even with Edge, I am making no progress. I really want to change these, but I'm getting rather frustrated. Is there anyone who knows what to do to fix it?

This has been reported - there was a security patch update that broke a number of things, and it's been a matter of tracking them down and fixing them.  Thanks for the heads-up!

I just noticed that when I click on "Contact information" in the matrix, it shows "Invalid User" on my profile and that of others. I assume it's the same issue?
