Hello! Thank you for taking the time to look at my request! I'm Henley, and this is a little something I've been craving <3

I recently found a NSFW story and (AI) character design on Pixiv that just absolutely ignited my muse and my desire to write something adjacent to it. I purchased it, so I made sure to support the artist! You'll find the Pixiv comic here, but you need a Pixiv account as it is 18+! It's in Japanese so obviously it's a bit difficult to understand, but from what I gathered (with the help of AI) is that it's about a girl who is part of a modern ninja clan. She is sent to investigate a village where there is supposedly an ancient ritual to summon an evil force being performed. However, things don't go exactly as planned, and so various Bad Ends play out.

I'd like to explore something adjacent to this! c:

A girl who is part of an ancient ninja order that now operates in modern time, secretly working behind the scenes to keep the peace and prevent corruption. She is on the cusp of graduation, and her final test is a mission to infiltrate a place that is secretly a front for a powerful criminal empire. It just sounds so wonderful.

Given that this story is set in a high school, it is very important to discuss student ages! In any of the student pairings, the student is always 18 at minimum. Takina herself is 19. I don't feel comfortable writing any lower than 18 as that is a minor!

Takina is a 19-year-old ninja initiate in The Order. Her family has a history in the clan and so she continued her family's by becoming an initiate. Throughout her teenage years she took part in the 'program', meant to build independent agents who could respond to The Order's summons and take part in preventing criminal activities. She is selected for the Seiryuu mission due to her age, and lack of existing missions. She has no previous assignments against The Syndicate so she is entirely fresh-faced, making her ideal for going undercover.

In her cover persona, Takina is quiet, reserved, polite, and respectful to authority. She often appears shy and eager to please, trying to remain low. Slow to make friends but shows desire to connect. These are all aspects designed to make her essentially blend in. Or at the very least, appear as a shy girl simply trying her best.

Her true personality is much different, however. She's confident and quick on her feet when making decisions. Despite being professional and mission-focused, she sometimes shows a nonchalant sense of humor and sarcasm in private. Above all, she is deeply committed to The Order's mission with strong professional pride.

As for her vulnerabilities, struggles with loneliness from constant deception, questions if her identity is really her own, and she lacks normal teenage experiences. In her quietest moments, she sometimes wonders if this life was truly what she wants.

There is a secret war occurring between two hidden factions.

---> One is a highly powerful and influential organization called The Kuroyuri Syndicate (or just The Syndicate for short). An organization with strings in all major industries, as well as politics. Their power and influence stretches over the entirety of the country.
---> The other is a centuries-old order of ninjas who seek to maintain peace and reduce corruption, named The Kagemusha Covenant (or simply The Order).

In this particular setting, The Syndicate has a very crucial active operation - Seiryuu Academy.

Seiryuu is the city's top high school, where the wealthiest and most influential families send their children to study. The Syndicate pours an exceptional amount of resources into the Academy to maintain the facade of being highly recognized and prestigious. The truth is that Seiryuu is a high-functioning operation with the purpose of creating loyal assets and harvesting intelligence on the most influential families in the country. This is done through an experimental hypnosis program titled 'Project Chrysalis'. Students are selected based on different 'colors':

1. Green ---> These are low priority targets, who come from wealthy families but offer no immediate benefit to the Syndicate
2. Yellow ---> These are the mid-level targets, who basically 'level-up' to Red as time goes on. Usually these are from families who are in the government.
3. Red ---> High-priority targets. These usually are from families who are at the top of their industry or have some kind of immediate benefit to The Syndicate.

Through analyzing behavioral patterns and analytics, as well as careful study of their background, students are allocated into these different categories and selected to undergo reconditioning. The end goal of the reconditioning is to either create loyal assets to The Syndicate, or to exert influence over the families through blackmail (incriminating photos of the students, false stories, etc.).

What's most horrifying about this system is that 90% of the staff at the school have no knowledge of what is occurring. There are only a handful who are aware, as they are members of The Syndicate. The staff are unknowingly contributing to The Academy's success rate by simply doing their job.

This is where The Order comes in, and Takina herself. The Order had gained intelligence from a Syndicate member about Seiryuu. The member had only told them that Seiryuu is a front, but had provided no details. He didn't know anything, only that is was highly protected and very few knew about it. The Order needed more specific details and intelligence on Seiryuu, particularly Project Chrysalis. After creating a false family background for her, The Order sent Takina to enroll in the school in order to bring everything to light. This is Takina's 'graduation mission'.

In summary!

There was so much she still didn't understand, so many variables. Yet, Takina knew that these types of things took time. Time and meticulous attention. However, what Takina didn't know was that the Syndicate members at Seiryuu had an assessment of 'Takina Mizushima' for Project Chrysalis and her level was determined - red. A high priority target. The daughter of a highly influential businessman with ties to R&D projects across the country, Takina was deemed an immediate priority. The irony was that Takina was unaware The Syndicate had targeted her, nor were The Syndicate aware she had targeted them. Both were disastrously ignorant.

This is the standard plot! It's the most flexible and allows almost any kind of pairing or story development. If you have your own idea that you'd like to share with me that doesn't fit in the other requests, then this is the perfect one for you!

• GOOD ENDING  --->  Takina is successful in her mission exposing Seiryuu and The Syndicate, while also potentially having a new relationship in her life.

They knew. Be it a slip through the cracks of intelligence, or simply Takina having undergone Project Chrysalis, revealing her true identity and having no knowledge of it, The Syndicate was aware of Takina's mission and her identity. This presented an interesting opportunity for The Syndicate. Some argued that they should interrogate the ninja for information, some argued that she should simply be killed and her body sent as a message for The Order. But one high ranking member suggested something else - turning her into a double-agent. Through repeated exposure to Project Chrysalis, she could have her loyalties reprogrammed. The member offered to take control of this and personally oversee her conversion.

This route is based on the premise that The Syndicate has learned Takina's identity and that she serves The Order. Rather than outright killing her or exposing her, a high ranking member of The Syndicate suggested personally handling her 'reprogramming', with the express purpose of instilling utter loyalty to The Syndicate. You would write this high-ranking member (I'll call them YC from now!) and we would explore how their dynamic would progressively change over Takina's brainwashing. I imagine this would start as dubious consent, due to the nature of how the brainwashing works (false memories implanted into Takina's mind), but then progress into full consent and an interesting dynamic between the two! My goal is to write Takina's conversion to The Syndicate, and how her sense of self changes as she embraces a new identity.

This can be MxF or FxF! I really don't mind writing either c:

• GOOD ENDING  --->  Takina is brainwashed, but The Syndicate member uses Takina to dismantle The Syndicate in a long-planned revenge plot. The two become lovers.
• BAD ENDING  ---> Takina is brainwashed and becomes fully loyal to the Syndicate member, as both their personal ninja and slave, and is used against The Order.

Blending in had been a little awkward at first. Takina had no real experience going to a 'regular' school or even interacting with regular teenagers. Her only friends were the other initiates in The Order. After a few weeks, she had begun to settle into the mask she wore - the kind, a little shy, studious student. She had even made friends. And there was one particular relationship that was blossoming. It started as a friendship, but now it was evolving into something else. Would The Order approve? Did they even need to know?

I haven't written a genuinely sweet romance in a long time wow I am awful.

This story involves Takina's blossoming relationships with friends at school and, specifically, a boyfriend/girlfriend (Your Character). At first YC would be unaware of Takina's real identity. I'd imagine their initial interactions being awkward dates as Takina has no idea how to act normal in a relationship. As the relationship progresses, I'd imagine YC would pick up on her strange behavior and confront her, and Takina would reveal the truth. This would be a big deal, as Takina knows she has to keep it a secret from The Order because romance would be a big no.

We can add drama in one of two ways!

1) One of our characters is subjected to Project Chrysalis, causing a sudden change in their behavior.
2) Introduce an NTR route wow I really am awful

• BAD ENDING  ---> Takina or the lover are brainwashed and become fully loyal to the Syndicate, breaking the other's heart.

The Kagemusha Order was not perfect, and there became disgruntled former-members over the years. Some argued that The Order was not proactive enough, some argued that The Order simply maintained the status-quo. There were others who were more sinister, more insidious. They formed the 'Blood Leaves' - a group of former operatives that now acted as mercenaries and killers for hire. They employ all the skills of The Order, without morality. Their allegiance only to the price. So, when The Syndicate learns that there is a Kagemusha ninja in their school, who better to hunt a ninja than another ninja?

I just love the idea of a third-party or kind of mercenary group of former members of The Order. I imagine The Syndicate would hire one of them to track down the supposed ninja that has infiltrated Seiryuu. What begins is a cat and mouse game, that will inevitably end in a confrontation that will of course have an erotic outcome. YC's gender doesn't matter for me, but I had a very specific idea for FxFuta which I think just works wonderfully. But I understand, of course, that it's not for everyone, so I am happy with whatever you would like to explore c:

• GOOD ENDING  --->  Takina joins the Blood Leaves, realizing that The Order was just going to cut her loose if something went wrong. Takina becomes a beloved apprentice of the ninja who targeted her.
• BAD ENDING  ---> Takina is defeated and captured, her fate unknown ... and at the mercy of the Blood Leaves ninja.

What would true happiness look like for Takina? Completing her mission? Graduating to officially become a ninja of The Kagemusha Order? Or perhaps there was something she had buried. Something she was not being honest to herself about. A simple life might be the thing she needs. A simple life, where she could be guided by another. Even if that hand is not gentle.

This is a shameless (of course) story based off one of the Bad End routes in the creator's pixiv story. In that story, the ninja girl ends up falling for an older man after some very dubious encounters with him. She abandons her mission and the story ends with the two of them together, but in a very master/slave dynamic. So I'd love to explore something similar to that.  In this scenario, the character is a civilian with no ties to The Syndicate. We can plot the details and how the relationship begins and how it grows organically!

• GOOD ENDING  --->  Takina falls in love with the older man and marries him, eventually starting a family. She leaves The Order and her life as a ninja.
• BAD ENDING  ---> Takina becomes addicted to the older man and willingly becomes his ninja slave. Rather than being married, she is treated like a slave.

A part-time job as a shrine maiden. A standard job many high-school and university girls took during their studies. It reflected a respect for cultural traditions, which often looked very good on a student record. It seemed the perfect addition to Takina's cover. What she didn't know was that shrine maidens were not just for traditional ceremonies, temple maintenance and tourist guides -- they were literally the keepers of supernatural beings. Either The Order deliberately didn't tell her, or they didn't know. Whatever the case, Takina had always thought her foes would be other humans... not ancient evils. 
 
In this plot, Takina takes on a part-time job as a shrine maiden at a popular nearby shrine. The Order believed that this would benefit her cover, and would serve as a potential place for meetings with The Order. The Order, however, did not inform Takina that the shrine she would work at was a seal for ancient evils. The Order believed they could support Takina's mission while simultaneously keeping an eye on the shrine.

For this plot, I image your character would play an oni or other ancient evil! Maybe something that was sealed away long ago? This is super flexible and I am absolutely open to bouncing ideas with you!

The Order's original assumption was that the school was home to illegal activities - but they had never considered there was something supernatural occurring. Within the school, there was a ritual occurring to summon an ancient being from folklore. A woman - either possessed or simply a cultist - was enacting a twisted ritual that required a fertile womb to give birth to the yokai. Despite her best efforts, her seed had not taken root in any of the girls she had seduced. Something was missing... they were either too weak, or not attuned to the magic she wielded. But what about a ninja, or an age-old order?

This plot is heavily inspired by the classic hentai Bible Black. In this, the Syndicate might be unaware that a certain female staff member is conducting this ritual, or could potentially be allowing it to occur. Or we could set it in an AU where there is no Syndicate and rather that The Order sent Takina to that school due to strange disappearances of girls. Whatever the case, you would be playing the 'Reika'-style character, who seduces female students in the hopes of impregnating them in a ritual to give birth to the yokai. When Takina discovers these rituals, she enters into a clash with your character ... and who knows what will happen?
