But in Sacrifice, they found their way.

Deep within the Forests and Mountains of snow. A valley exists between the great snowcaps. Flourishing, with farms, and villages of varying communities and cultures. But the true treasure of this hidden place, is the Temple of Rain. Hidden by strange forces, one must walk through a forest forever raining, were your strength and mind are tested, pass through, and you become a student. A student of the Ninja who reside there.

The Temple of Rain is a School, that trains young men and women to become masters of shadow, users of sacred and even forbidden arts of magic using their inner life force as a conduit. There is simply not one kind of ninja, there are classes, or roles that all differ in speciality.

Shadowstep; One's who rely on shadow and stealth, they can hide in a empty room in the middle of the day without being spotted, they are trained to be able to hold still for days and require very little in life other than to infiltrate, and assassinate. Their powers range from complete invisibility, to the most mastered to be able to walk through walls and solid objects, allowing them to enter and escape from any place.

Bloodwalker; The Warrior, one who favors the power approach, using overwhelming strength and a powerful spirit weapon, they take on many foes at once. Their abilities to heal rapidly, overpower, and to bring forth different forms of weapons with different styles has made them horrors on battlefields, or in the very least distractions. Part of their training involves making a weapon with such complicated arts, that a spirit is born within the metal.

Demoneater The Excorcists, the ones that don't typically deal with human related tasks. They learn how to expel evil from the world, by doing sacred rites and rituals and learning more into their own inner magic. They all have a familiar that helps them not become possessed themselves or fall easily to the evil forces of the world.


Roles
In this game, there are Students, but there are the people to guide them, and the people to cause conflict.

Academic Roles

Teachers
The people to lead and guide, these are masters of their selected craft, and are not only important to the students as a guidance model, but to protect them from what they are not yet ready to face.

Headmaster/Mistress
The Leading force behind the Academy, rumored to be an ancient Vampire that has powers beyond imagination. They are the main reason the Academy never is attacked in a  frontal assault, or at least not in a while.

Disciplinary Committee
When a student strays from their path, elder students handpicked by the headmaster exact punishment in hopes that they learn to keep true.

Student Council
A Group with a Head, a Body, Two arms and Two legs, these are the girls and boys that are elected the best by the school.

Rival Roles

Expelled Ninja
Ninja who didn't quite make it, or explored arts too dark for academic purposes, either way they wish to exact revenge.

Turned Ninja
Ninja's tempted by greed, lust, or wrath, have turned form the Academy, and sided with those who seek it's destruction.

Shogun
Samurai who wish to bring an end to the Ninja, whether by order of a Lord, or self motivation.

Yokai
Demons that wish to cause the academies demise so that they can further their own presence in the world, they are not a widespread threat, but one pure manifested demon can cause a lot of chaos.

This is a rough idea, and there is plenty more ideas I would like to share, however I wanted to put up an interest for this and see how people feel.

With more Interest I thought I would add the ideas of further classes, the idea's of opening jobs of Teachers the Headmaster/Mistress, Familiars, and then the Evil side, such as Demons or Shoguns who want to destroy the Ninja. Open to ideas.

I shall put that under the Team Evil category side. Evil could be singular or organizational depending on the player.

I have added roles for both he Academy and the Rival side, If I get more interest then I will be upgrading this to full recruitment phase. I however would like volunteers for Co-Gm's or atlas mods that would be glad to help this become a larger story.

ideas/suggestions check on smut related aspects to be integrated? Yokai/demons hemselves will most likely have naughty intentions towards the different sexes of the people in the academy, but if any of you want to share ideas to form the group some more please let me know.

I will definitely keep my eye on this.

If possible, I'd love to make a teacher character. Mainly a Shadowstep Ninja that mostly relies on illusions. High rank, but not very much liked by his peers because of his past as well as the techniques he uses. Overall though a very nice and calm person who gets along well with children and seems to enjoy teaching.

Let me know if you're accepting character sheets at this time and I'll throw one up. I'll also PM you some stuff about my guy as well :)

That should be fine, but know they may suffer a Stigma from Exorcist Classes

I'd probably be interested in a Bloodwalker. I was thinking of an upper classman, "miko" type, but instead of being a dainty, graceful exorcist type she carries around a massive bow carved out of a tori gate. Perhaps have her be part of the disciplinary committee or student council.
