For dinner, I am making Spaghetti with anchouilli and italian sausage, ground lamb, and beef. Of course I will be adding tons of veggies. A salad, and bread rolls, and tempura squid. The squid will go on as a garnish for the sauce, or on top of the noodles for my kids since they don't eat spaghetti sauce.
Shhh, don't tell my hubby I can actually cook healthy yummy food. He might want it more often and I can't afford to spend 300 at the grocery store just for one week of food. (I am going to make this one last for at least two weeks.)
Oh, any one have a recipe for leeks? I love them, but only eat them in potstickers.
