Let's world-build a utopia (M for F)

Let's think about what things might be like, could be like, thirty or forty years in the future. Politics have become more and more liberal socially, but right-wing economically. A libertarian's dream. Government healthcare systems the world over have collapsed. You want healthcare? You pay for it. Nobody likes a welfare queen, so welfare services have been slashed. Prisons are all privatized of course.

The government has stopped funding roads, so all major roadways are run by corporations with tolls levied. Fire departments are privatized. You want your house protected from fire? You pay for it privately. Then, police become privatized as well. There are different private policing agencies and if you want police protection it's just a matter of paying one of them premiums for protection.

Small government. Lower taxes. Fewer laws. Most people rent a house or apartment owned by a corporation which can set its own laws about conduct and behavior. Oftentimes the corporation will provide policing. Will enforce laws. Corporations have the power to arrest those misbehaving on their property.

Every citizen has the right to sign almost any valid contract. Don't pay your rent? It's likely you'll end up under corporate arrest and become an indentured servant forced to work off your debt. And it's all legal in the contract. Need some extra money desperately? Maybe you can sell off a kidney. Really really need a hundred grand for your father's lung surgery? Well, if a wealthy citizen finds you attractive enough maybe you can sell yourself to him as a sex slave for a five year term.

A world ruled by money, by greed, by corporations. Why there are positive parts. Self-driving cars. Endless entertainment. If you are talented and happen to have the right skills you can really make a go of it. But for many, it is a bleak, miserable prospect. What will be your story in it?

I'm looking for someone who would enjoy world-building with me in this world, someone who likes to think about all the implications and possibilities of a future like this.

In terms of content, I love non-consensual Domination/submission, abuse of power, and corporal punishment, so all of these will feature prominently. Please let me know what you enjoy so we can see if we're compatible.

I would like this to be more of a long-form role play, each of us writing something more akin to a chapter in a story than short reactions -- thus it being more like a collaborative writing piece than a strict role play. Allowing for agency of other player's characters ("God-modding") would be more relaxed than in most role plays.

Particularly interested in anyone open to discussing / playing it out using text-based chat on Discord.
