Plot: Ten years ago, a war broke out between the Karusset Empire and the Crystal Kingdom. The initial aggressor was the empire as part of a series of conquests. The empire managed to conquer the mountain forelands quickly, however only slowly made it past the mountains into the kingdom's core lands. After four years of fighting and both sides weakened, the empire had almost made it to the kingdom's capital. Out of desperation and insanity, the king ordered his head mage to fire their ultimate weapon, a cannon that shoots pure mana. This weapon of mass destruction was aimed at the empire's capital and hit it's target, turning the entire city into sand including it's inhabitants. Soon after the vegetation of the western half of the empire began to die despite all efforts to avoid it. As soon as word reached the empire's armies of the destruction of it's capital and the emperor who resided there, the remnants of the armies retreated. Over the following years, many died in a neverending famine in the affected area of the empire and the rest of the empire broke up into smaller republics.

However, a lot happened in the Crystal kingdom too. Seeing the king and queen being clearly insane and two of her sisters supporting them out of greed, a princess of the kingdom planned a coup along with the dragon-human hybrid servants of the castle to overthrow her parents and bring them, her two sisters and the head mage to justice. The night time coup succeeded. The head mage was killed in his sleep and the guards turned a blind eye as the remaining members of the royal family were captured and put in chains. They were given a show trial and decapitated in the castle courtyard and their corpses became the feast of the servants. There after, the princess abdicated and called out to create a confederation of city states within the boundaries of the former kingdom with her to serve as advisor to the national council for life.

While the nation began to prosper, the people started to take a dark turn as the dark arts became favorable after white magic ultimately was used to do unspeakable damage. With dark arts come new dangers as people can become possessed and demons begin to wander the forests. Additionally, "heroes" from the former empire occasionally show up to seek vengeance, only to either be captured, abused and killed or to be turned.

Goals: You can be a hero of the former empire and seek vengeance in a futile mission or be a lawful evil citizen of the new "Crystal Confederation" who often will end up either torturing, seducing or killing a hero.

Setting: Crystal Confederation core lands. A vast area surrounded by the oval-shaped crystal mountain range. The mountains may look white due to being mostly crystals but the general climate is subtropical. Within the core lands there are six city states:
Going clockwise from the west
-Agadon
-Lunisphere
-White Fields
-Silas
-Muridon
-Dragon's Crest

In the center between the city states is the capital Towerwatch with its majestic crystal castle that is so tall that it is visible from the city states and is rumored to be taller than the highest mountain in the nation. Most of the nation is forested with fields here and there.

Playable species:

Humans
Elves
Dragon-human hybrids: Appear mostly human, just slightly elongated necks (like two to three times normal human), horns, tails and wings. Rarely reptilian eyes.

Rules:
If you play a hero and get killed (kills only upon agreement with other players), you can make another character.
The maximum amount of characters you can play at a time is two.
Non-con is allowed in this scenario
Please do not make your characters too overpowered (for every strength you have a weakness, such as if you can evade all hits, your character will be a non-fighting character or if you hit every time, your character will be so weak that slash has no more effect that a light breeze of wind).
