DND 5e Solo (DM looking for Player)

Hey all!

I'm looking for a player to share with me in a DND game :) I don't have very much in the way of a setting right now - I have a few dark fantasy ideas which I may or may not adapt for our purposes - but am open to suggestions and ideas for themes and concepts to explore in our game :)

I'm open to just about any class/race combination, but I do make the request that a PC not just be a collection of stats on a page, but be a fully realised character in their own right (in that sense, it helps to think of it in terms of molding the class and background details around the character, rather than the other way around). As a baseline, at the very least, where the Player's Handbook suggests giving a character 2 Personality Traits, 1 Ideal, 1 Bond and so on, I'd suggest doubling each recommendation - 4 Personality Traits, 2 ideals, 2 bonds, 2 fatal flaws, and at least a cursory back story covering the character's personal history from birth to game start (the details of which we can discuss when we're hammering out ideas :) ).

Knowing your character inside and out helps with deciding on their motivations, ideas, and also coming up with already existing plot threads for the game itself to flesh out. I've found that the best PCs can drive a game's entire plot by the sheer force of their personalities and strength of their characterisation alone; so that it's not just a blank template character running through a predetermined RPG setting, but a character whose desires and moods and mannerisms shape every scene they find themselves in. That's what I'm looking for in a player and I'm quite certain E is the place to find that :)

If you have ideas for a setting that you're interested in or that may suit your character's backstory, then I'd be delighted to discuss using them for our game. Otherwise, I'll try to develop a setting to fit the themes of your character or we can come up with one together. Whatever the case may be, I'm really just looking to play a fun game with somebody and am largely easygoing on the details :)
