Bikers do, indeed, need ink - and Ripley has a background there, having apprenticed in her youth with results both good and bad, so there's some opportunity for some history there if you were interested in that.

We were starting out with trying for bikers first, but the side plots are going well enough that I think we can expand a little.  Club business will still focus heavily on the club and the bikers, though, so there's always the possibility of a secondary biker character if anyone finds they're not finding enough to write.

I tend to enjoy playing side characters more anyway, so yay! I will work on writing her up!

I've had a few questions about what secondary characters might fit ...

The answer is ... just about any, for the side plots potential.  We've got a medical student who's having some trouble, and looking for help from one of the doctors.  There is room for waitresses,  a real estate agent, pharmacist, strippers, biker followers, alcohol salesman, a pawn shop owner, a survivalist who lives in the desert, housewives, a blue collar guy who hangs out at the biker bar, someone who works at the local gas station or gun shop ...

For the secondary characters, working with the other players to create those vignettes is key, because while they may or may not factor into the main 'biker' part of the episodes, there's still a lot of potential for fun.

We're looking for good writing, the ability and desire to work with the group, as characters and as players, and characters that are realistic for the feel of the game.

... and as you can (I hope) tell, KieraJade and I have been doing our best to make the organization and layout user friendly, but that part is still a work in progress.

Another male character or two would be a welcome addition -- bikers for more involvement with the game, and still looking for potentially a crooked lawman or one that's just trying to balance the lesser of evils and do what's best for the town

Biker characters are still welcome, but there's also plenty of room for side plots & characters -- a waitress or two for the bar, customers, characters for rival biker gangs, Searchlight residents, customers for the strip club.  We've got a drug dealer who's causing problems -- maybe there's another one, a smarter one, who can leverage that and take the opportunity to cut a deal with the Hellions, a smaller market share for Searchlight but they turn a blind eye to smuggling and deals.

Good writing a plus, (mostly) realistic characters a plus, and we've got a great player base of people who are friendly, great to plot with, and a lot of fun.

Sent a PM idea for a possible primary male character, biker, unaffiliated, with a twist or two. 

I wouldn't mind creating a secondary character, possibly female, maybe a pillar of the community with a very dark side, hmmm, thinking in that still.

I'm definately interested but I'd need some time to come up with a sensible character and then an opening into the game for my character to make her introduction.

Dashenka, The game has started, but it's set up loosely enough that there shouldn't be any problem joining in.  There is a main thread for club business, and to establish a bit of a time line, but we're very open to having players interact and run their own side plots in the other threads.

Wyatt, got your sheet - I've had a chance to look at it, and will just wait for Kiera to weigh in.

We've had a couple of withdrawals from the game, so a couple more biker characters to replace them would be very welcome.  Things are about to heat up, with a rival gang delivering a message that is sure to get attention.
