As far as everyone's transformational state, I have zero issue with leaving that to the individual.  You want to swap back and forth?  You want to be one and done?  Sure.  Everyone's biology will be different in various ways that it would take a scientist some time and careful examination to understand.  Same deal with the aphrodisiac.

Aori will be able to sense when a female is fully and properly infected, though, and when they aren't.  To that end, she might cum in a girl three different times before that girl transforms even if one spunking would get the job done, but once the transformation is set, Aori will lose interest.  Regardless of how much self-control the others have, Aori is pretty much just possessed by the virus and unable to help herself.

Biography:
From the outside, Arty doesn't look like much; he seems shy and withdrawn at first, preferring to stick to the outside of the social structure of the school, and even though he's a Senior he really doesn't act like it. Always nervous around new people, always keeping to himself and always acting like he's going to picked out because of his decidedly feminine looks. It was bad when he was a Freshman, but even after people decided to leave him alone, that worry hasn't disappeared. However, if you happen to see him on stage before getting to know him, you'll see a different side of him; energetic and enthusiastic, he owns the stage, oozing charisma and stage presence and flamboyance in all the right levels to make his performances memorable, helped along by his massively expressive face and his wide, strikingly clear blue eyes. The stage is where he belongs, and every member of the drama club is like family to him...and family sticks together, damnit! Family is extremely important to him, especially since he has none worth mentioning back at home. His mother is always working (and is distant when she's home) and his dad left when he was young...sometimes, it feels like his friends at school are the only family he actually has.

It should come as no surprise, then, that should you befriend him, you'll learn that his stage self is much closer to who he is; whilst he may seem shy at first, if he comes to trust and like you, he will always be energetically enthusiastic to see you, he will always be the bouncy life of the group, he will always be the one dragging other people to try new things and he will always be very open and very forward with his affections. It's not threatening in any way, he's just genuinely happy to have friends, and is so overflowing with energy and emotion that he just has to share it with you. He's open, warm and friendly and very, very quick to trust and form attachments to people. That's gotten him in trouble before, but it's also resulted in some very solid friendships. He's always eager to please his friends, and would do anything if it made somebody he cared about smile at him. He's naive and innocent in a lot of ways, but he isn't completely oblivious to the "fairer sex." It's just that they only ever take notice of him for how cute he is, when some of them seem to be more interested in "rugged" men. Well, no matter! He counts most of the girls among his friends, and he knows that they'll have his back, even when nobody else will. Besides, what with his interest in drama as opposed to sports, and his penchant for sewing and shopping over cars, he tends to get along better with the girls at his school anyway...and really, since they accept him for who he is...he wouldn't have it any other way!

Character Goals:
From an in-character perspective, he just wants to survive the year and go off to university (at this point in time).
From a meta perspective? I want him to get railed, hard, by as many horny Futas as I can feasibly fit inside him at once. I mean, he has a sexier bubblebutt than most women do, and those lips were made to suck cock!

Haha, personally, I love the idea of little Arty having a MUCH bigger "big sister" friend who ends up using him to sate her suddenly overcranked sex drive. Since this was initially pitched as a "curse" and not a "virus" I'm thinking of going for an occult girl who thinks the whole thing is a supernatural phenomenon, and spends her time experimenting and observing victims to see if she can exercise them of the "lust demon" that's taken over the school. At least when she's not a sex crazed futanari herself. I think she'll have a particularly strong resistance to the virus, and always wakes up the next day back to normal, further reinforcing the assumption that she has magic powers and her defutanization rituals are working.

I imagine she at first became infatuated with him while watching one of the school plays he was in, marveling at his purity and innocence, and since then she's been secretly watching and stalking him, drawn to his "light" as it were. I imagine she'd be one of the few people who has heard him sing and seen him dressing up in drag, as she's secretly spied on him doing both at various times, and the idea that she has this exclusive part of him that only she's allowed to see further drives on her deranged obsession. Normally her feelings are surprisingly platonic, her view of him being this pure, unsoiled ball of innocence and goodness being one of the main things that draw her to him. However once she becomes infected her view of him completely distorts and becomes corrupted, and all she can think about is how much she wants to corrupt that purity, and soil his perfect little body with all her dirty juices. To dirty such a delicate flower, to steal and defile something a low life like herself has no right to touch, that would be the ultimate high for occult girl.
