Starship Captain Captured and Transformed (M for f)

Your character is the captain of a small starship, something meant for long-range exploration, but not heavily armed. Her ship unknowingly wanders into the territory of the Arlivian, a highly advanced, aggressive species of humanoids. The Arlivian have mastered the use of nanobots to enhance their strength, health, and vitality, but the technology can also be used to tame captives. Once a captive has nanobots in their system, an owner can modify them physically, give orders that the captive will feel compelled to obey, and even make them feel physical sensations.

A Arlivian warship captures the human scout vessel, and your character is taken to the captain. The captain seems taken with her, and offers to leave the rest of her crew alive and nanobot free if she will serve him.

This is a skeletal ideal, but hopefully you get the essence of it. The story would be between the human captain and the Arlivian commander. She would be taught to submit to her new master and might eventually start to feel some loyalty to her master.
