Congratulations--I watched the Washington, D.C. march on Buzzfeed.  It was pretty good.

I had a friend that went to the one in Denver.  They said that the crowd was somewhere in the neighborhood of 200,000. 

Apparently the crowds  for the marches exceeded the crowd numbers for the inauguration yesterday.

And of course Trump denies that. Says he had 2 million at the inaugeration. I think he is either needed better glasses or failed math.

Probably confused by that metric prefix of 'milli' (1/1000).  Obviously 2,000 is 2 milli-something.

I'm in Canada, I'm just actively waiting for him to say something about imports/exports to and from Canada, or how they need to increase security or scrutiny at the borders between US and Canada.

I honestly could not believe the gall of the man, to stand there, at the inauguration podium, talking about how the factories shut down, talking about how people are out of jobs, while he and his own family members have their shit made IN OTHER COUNTRIES, and apparently, this too!

Trump is going to get a spectacular amount of people and groups against him - women, unions, LGBTs and their families, and of course many liberals and much of the news media. He could easily become the most divisive U.S. president since Nixon. Can't help thinking of the words about Ismael in the Bible:

Eh, not really, 1. Twitter banned a bunch of them first hand (or was that Tumblr, I forget). Next, Removing a single group medium of communication isn't really indicitive of facism. Now if they prevented it on ALL mediums, it would be a different story.

Then apparently none of them took Metro.  WMATA does 'ride metrics', and the last three inaugurations (Both of Obama's, and the previous Bush inauguration) had ride tallies that surpassed the one on Friday.  I was a Metrorail regular for years - you really don't want to use any other method of getting around the Mall unless you're shipped in by bus or limo.

I think it was Trump's press secretary giving an interview, but this time when questioned about the inauguration numbers he said they were counting people who watched it on 'various devices' like TV or livestream as 'attending'. That makes them the largest attendance of all time, because Ronald Reagan didn't have Youtube.

I would sure like to know how they know that? Do they have hidden cameras now in every home and monitoring what you watch? News for you, Mr. Trump. I don't watch tv and neither do I watch any coverage of the inaugeral BS.
