Neighborhood milfs?

I'd like to try a solo game focused on the concept of a group game I never got going, which was about a neighborhood filled with rich, sexy, slutty milfs and cougars that like to prey on the younger boys in the surrounding houses.

However, for this idea, it would be centered on a single young man just moving to the neighborhood. He's the son of a single mother, around the age of 18 to 21. The mother is relatively inconsequential to the story, as she will be a well-off (either career-wise or after a divorce settlement) and always distracted with work or other things to the point where she doesn't even really notice all the slutty milfs and the way they behave and dress. At the start of the roleplay, he and his mother are seeing a house that is being shown by one of the milfs who works as a real-estate agent. After they move in, and over time, he begins to encounter the milfs who coax him into all sorts of sexual encounters.

I'm looking for one player to take on the mantle of the boy. I will be playing the roles of the milfs. Scenes will likely be relatively short involving the different milfs, but spread out over time and involve different scenes and settings. Things to explore would involve consensual and non-consensual sex, some light (or heavy) BDSM, and other specific fetishes that are partner-dependent.
