Captain Whitebread

But he is an alcoholic man whore. Just as She Hulk. She broke him.
There are nights when the wolves are silent and it the moon that howls.

Elven Sex Goddess

Per invite from SilknSatan here is Pixie.

Hero Name:  Pixie

Legal Name:  Megan Gwynn

Age:  17

Physical Description:  Long wavy pink colored hair.  The pink hair is her natural hair color.   The white of her eyes are a fey pitch black.   Her ears are elf like, pointed.   A lithe beauty of 5'5" and approximately 130 lbs.   Finally fairy like wings.   That are predominately pink with a multi hue shimmering facet to them.

Canon:  Megan Gwynn, alias Pixie was raised by her grandparents in the small mining town of Abergylid in Wales. Her mutant powers manifested in a near-miss road accident involving her bicycle and another car. She could manifest rainbow-colored butterfly wings allowing her to fly with great maneuverability.

Paragon Squad

After enrolling at the Xavier Institute, Megan was assigned to the Paragons training squad under the tutelage of former New Mutant, Wolfsbane. When it was discovered that Wolsfsbane had been in a romantic relationship with a student, Elixir, she left the school, and was replaced by her former teammate, Magma.

Gwynn proved herself to be an amiable and cheerful student, and she fit in well with her squad. Following M-Day, nearly all of the Institute's students were depowered, leading to the dissolution of the school's training squads. Gwynn was one of only 27 students, along with her fellow former Paragons, Trance, Wolf Cub, and Match, to have retained their mutant abilities. Forty-two of Gwynn's former classmates were killed when a bus carrying several depowered students was ambushed. Among the confirmed deaths was Gwynn's fellow Paragon DJ.

Game Reality:  Megan finds herself now after the faithful M-Day.   Where  most mutants lost their powers.   She through was one of the lucky ones that held onto to her powers.  Perhaps it is because she is half fey and not wholly mutant.    But now she finds herself with the champions.

Powers:  Pixie is a hybrid mutant and fairy and possess powers granted to her both by her mutation and inherit magical abilities, without a clear distinction regarding the source of each power. Her powers include:

Wings: Pixie has insectoid wings protruding from her back that allow her to engage in flight and with great maneuverability.

Hallucinogenic Dust: Pixie produces spores from her wings which cause powerful visual and auditory hallucinations in her victims. This dust effects others by being inhaled or through skin-contact. Often the hallucinations are calming and pleasant images such as teddy bears, bubbles and unicorns.  At this time, Pixie does not have control over what her victims see.

Spell Casting: Pixie has innate magical aptitude, Doctor Strange has promised to teach her more spells when she turns eighteen.
Pixie was one of the many possible candidates for the title of Sorcerer Supreme.

Teleportation: After the creation of her Souldagger, Darkchylde taught Pixie a teleportation spell, "Sihal novarum chinoth!". With this spell, Pixie can transport her and others great distances instantaneously.  She can also teleport inter-dimensionally.  Even while inexperienced in teleporting, Pixie has shown a great amount of aptitude for it to the point where she is able to warp to and reach locations before her teleportation coach: Nightcrawler.  The limits of her teleportation spell have not yet been determined.

Demons Banishment: Using the spell from the Cheyennes magic book, she was able to banish demons.

Sleeping Spell: Scarlet Witch taught Megan a sleeping spell "Mists of Morpheus, go!"

Equipment:  Two Bloodstones - pieces of her soul.

Souldagger: A piece of Pixie's soul was taken by Darkchylde to forge a smaller version of the Soulsword, called the Souldagger. The Souldagger has displayed many of the same qualities as the Soulsword including:

Strike the Supernatural: The Souldagger has been shown to only harm magical creatures or objects -- it rarely injures non-magical beings or items.

Counter/Break Spell: When Pixie uses the Soulsword to strike a person who is possessed, ensorcelled, or otherwise magically controlled or transformed the sword will be able to counter or break the spell.

Sword Summoning: Pixie can store her Souldagger in nothingness and summon it whenever she desires.

quozax

Maybe we could use Pixie's teleportation spells to locate Kang.

I hope she's accepted.

fireflights

Doesn't she need to know where's she's teleporting to, in order to teleport?

I have taken the oath of the Drake

Livin in MD now.

Not taking anymore one on ones but ones already discussed with the partners.

Captain Whitebread

Stands to reason that she'd need to know where she was going, rather than 'teleport me to Kang'....
There are nights when the wolves are silent and it the moon that howls.

fireflights

Yep...that's my thought on it too, though that was comical there Capt.

So, I looked at this idea, (and looked and looked and looked), and I ended up writing a whole character sheet based on an OC I've always wanted to play for the Marvel Universe. Would this character do for the setting?

Hero Name: "Jane Doe"

Legal Name: 413-4513-4384

Origin of Powers: Genetic Enhancement / Leviathan Lab Rat

Age: 19

Sexuality: Ambiguous

Powers:

The Castellan of Telepaths: With a brain on par with Professor Xavier, Jane is a Genetically Enhanced human in possession of near-limitless mental capacity and broad telepathic abilities. However, unlike the handicapped man himself, Jane's spotted history of trauma forces her to waste much of her telepathic potential on self-preservation and subterfuge. Thanks to Leviathan, what could have been an Omega-level Telepath has been ruined by heavy experimentation.

Extreme Mental Shielding: Much of Jane's telepathic ability is dedicated towards circumventing the telepathic intrusion of others. Paranoid and reclusive, her true location is basically invisible to other Espers. In the same way, Jane's mind is very difficult to manipulate or connect with without her permission. The churning, labyrinthine defenses that constitute her mind can trap and entangle other telepaths like flies in a web. More than anything, Jane wants to keep herself Hidden, and keep others Out.

Mechanical Empathy: Using Astral-Projections of herself, Jane is uniquely capable of interfacing with machinery and hardware. Like a computer virus, her weak command of telekinesis is just strong enough to operate and modify the software and firmware on a binary level. Like magic, Jane can effectively circumnavigate any network's security, making her a terror to technologically superior enemies.

Subdivided Astral-Projection: Also unique to this telepath; Jane is capable of subdividing her expansive mental state into multiple Astral-projections of herself. She is able to cast them over extremely long distances for extended periods of time. These Projections retain the telepath's other abilities and are connected to one-another through a strong mental link. Unlike other Telepaths, these projections are incapable of possessing humans or reading minds. They are only able to establish mental links between people and interface with machines.

Telepathic communication: Using her mind as a hub, Jane is able to open up telepathic links between herself and those around her. This allows multiple people to communicate without needing to speak or look at one-another. Usually, sending a message is as simple as focusing on what to say. However, more impulsive minds may accidentally communicate unintended thoughts to a linked group by accident.

Memetic Understanding: Jane is able to understand the purpose and concept behind any mechanical device after spending enough time in proximity to it. Knowing how to recreate the iconic thrusters in Iron Man's suit, for example, would be as simple examining the suit intensely for a short while. By the same process, Jane is capable of incorporating the function of many mechanical device she encounters into her androids with this ability, the materials and enough time. While she does understand many of the functions that goes into The Vision's physical makeup, she sorely lacks the materials needed to create an android even approaching his form.

Android Surrogates: Much like how Tony Stark fights in a metal suit, Jane has a more effective way to protect herself from pitched combat. Instead of sending herself, Jane uses mechanical androids crafted (assumedly) in her likeness as a surrogate body. She connects to these bodies via Astral-Projection, making them a kind of second skin for Jane to use risk-free. Currently, the androids only possess enhanced strength and resilience. Jane's experience in the field of mechanics has been astoundingly brief, but she is likely to incorporate more designs and features as time goes on.

Special Skills and Other:

Omni-Lingual: Jane can speak most languages.

Nebulous Name: Jane doesn't use names for herself- hero or otherwise. In fact, she actually considers herself genuinely nameless. She much prefers to be referred to with pronouns or titles instead, like 'she', 'the engineer', or 'that metallic ice-bitch'. If pressed for a name, she will simply give the standard, non-committal name of "Jane Doe" in place of a real one. Hence, the very name most call her by.

== Disadvantages ==
Scopophobia: Jane has an intense fear of being seen, stared at, or being just generally known by other people. The thought of others knowing of her whereabouts horrifies her, and she can go to extreme lengths just to hide who she is or where she is operates. Unlike most heroes, her identity isn't a secret to protect her family or represent some cause. She hides because she is afraid; plain and simple.

Weak Physical Form: Physically, Jane Doe's physical body has absolutely no inherent physical strength or resilience, and very few her abilities could be used to actually defend herself. If anyone managed to find her, killing the woman would be as easy as putting a bullet in her head. Thankfully, her paranoid secrecy usually keeps her safe from discovery.

Junker: Jane's Androids are something that she has to craft by hand, out of parts that she creates, using materials and tools she has to buy. On an auto-mechanic's salary, it is rather difficult to afford multi-billion dollar, highly-experimental alloys! She has to make do with what money she can find; using what materials she can salvage from her missions to further improve her mechanical bodies.

Equipment:
All of Jane's Robitic facsimiles look alike, but internally they have very different workings and purposes.

Whetsuit- Jane's combat drone. Using some of the most expensive, industrial-strength steel Jane could afford, her Whetsuit is heavy, strong and durable, all hidden under synthetic flesh of her own design. This is the default guise she uses on missions.

Worksuit- Jane's Mechanics Drone. Incorporated fine mechanical tools embedded directly underneath the android's synthetic skin, Jane's worksuit is made to create and maintain machinery. Though it is exceedingly fragile, this suit allows Jane to create more androids and operate mechanical devices remotely and with ease.

Junksuit- Jane's Backup drone. Using the cheapest materials Jane could afford, this automaton is barely functional and of little use in a fight. She keeps it on the off-chance that one of her more important drones is compromised.

History:
"Jane Doe", as her file lists, was inducted as an orphaned babe into the last remnants of Leviathan, a secret Soviet organization created with the express purpose of developing advanced weaponry to preserve the communist regime. For the first ten years of her life, Jane was experimented on for the express purpose of unlocking her hidden potential lying dormant in her genetic makeup. She was tortured, brainwashed, and experimented on heavily. Her name was a serial Number, and she was being slowly crafted into a mindless agent for Leviathan.

Leviathan's intent with Jane was to craft a telepathic hive-mind. Acting as a nexus, she was intended to control small armies of brainwashed soldiers, directing them perfectly coordinated operations. Much of her life was spent being tortured and modified until her Astral form, beaten as it was, gained the ability to divide into additional projections.

Once her ability had been gained, Leviathan took a step further. They employed other telepaths, tasking them with modifying Jane's mind to be resistant to mental assault and totally pliable to the commands. Fortunately Jane developed a resistance to mental assault quicker than anyone at the facility could've imagined. The hired telepaths lost themselves in her mind, their astral Projections becoming trapped in the young girl's head. To this day, she can still perceive their pain, as their minds are slowly merged with the barriers of her own, strengthening her defenses even further.

When it became clear that turning Jane into a hive-mind had become a lost cause, Leviathan began to simply contain and research her instead. Measures were taken to exclude the girl from contact with others wherever possible. Without anyone to speak to, Jane's mind spent years in solitude, knowing only the iron walls of her cell. In her solitude, she found there was something else that she could affect with her mind. Something that made sense... Machines.

Jane got to know the electronic lock on her cell. Then, she learned about the facilities security system, and its power supply. She learned how to interact with these basic AI's in binary, and eventually figured out how to quickly modify them to her liking. Fueled by her hatred of the power-hungry scientists that created her, Jane eventually used her modified machines to lash out. A week later, nothing was left of the facility but a smoking crater. And, from the rubble, a small girl emerged, exposed to a wide world that she had never seen with her own two eyes. In her words: "I got powers. People died. I left." That is all she has ever said on the matter.

Left to her own devices, Jane simply disappeared. Quiet and careful, she traveled across the world seeing all it had to offer. She found an odd kind of beauty in humanity, and was entranced by the unique minds populating them. Eventually, she came to settle in a cold, backwater town somewhere in upstate-Michigan where she got by simply doing auto-repair work. In her off time, however, Jane began to put her expansive mental prowess to the test. She participated in online mathmatics competitions and began submitting numerous patents and designs for complicated machinery (mostly for automobiles). The Vision took an interest in the anonymous woman's prolific works in theoretical physics, and eventually contacted her directly. A year-long dialog began between the synthetic being and Jane. The two found a kind of understanding between them, as they both were great minds struggling to interpret a world that was new and foreign to them.

Eventually, the two met in person, and Jane told him about her upbringing. The Vision became one of the few people on earth who knew Jane's actual identity. Though it may be unimportant to others, to Jane it meant darn-near everything to her. She is still uncertain about letting The Vision know who she is, but is working through that with baby-steps. Eventually, The Vision took Jane under his wing.

Doesn't seem like much of a team player though.  One is forced to wonder if her fear of anyone knowing where she is would extend to her team mates.

I would agree with Capt here, she seems like she is a one person army here. She even has telepathic abilities on the level of Xavier, so it's hard to see where she might need assistance from any of the team members.

It absolutely would extend to her teammates, hence the flaw. Knowing where her androids are is fine, though! However, she is a reserved person, and the fact that the only being she had ever opened up to is also a robot is kind of a testament to that. She likes staring at people, though. She likes staring a lot

Oh, she could hardly even compare to Jean Gray right now. A large majority of her telepathy is solely focused on shoring up her mind's defenses and nothing else. That potential isn't wasted because she wants it to be, either. It is stuck like that permanently.  Plus, two of her androids are pretty darn flimsy and her combat suit isn't even comparable to any Iron Man suit. Overall, I'd say her combat potential is laughable compared to many characters, at least until she can salvage high tech equipment.

No trouble! She's only a real hard-counter against synthetic and tech-focused enemies RN. Beyond that, she's pretty much SOL!

Jane is approved, id like to have her and Pixie on the SHEILD hovercraft working as partners for Director Maria Hill that ok?

Sure thing! I'll just read up a bit to get where you all are in the story.

I am hoping this meets with approval.  :-)

Hero Name: TBD
Legal Name: Sofia Strange
Origin of Powers: Inhuman
Age: 18
Sexuality: Hetrosexual/Bi-curious

Powers:

Levitation/Flight: Due to her Mhuruuk and Faltine heritage, Sofia can levitate with ease. The ease having come with much practice and meditation. Flight, however, is a bit trickier. Anything higher than a two-story building and she freaks out. She can do it but lacks control and is reluctant to apply the same dedication of practice to gain control.

Mystical Powers:
Sofia can create shields and energy bolts. Not having matured into her powers, her shields are tiring to maintain and only as strong as her concentration. Energy bolts are easier but sometimes the size can be out of control as they are tied to her emotions. She can also conjure things but not out of thin air. They must come from somewhere and usually are no bigger than a large book. She can also manipulate the elements to some extent; her youth and inexperience can vary the outcome. Brought up to be human, her one teacher did not have time to help her tap into her inhuman powers and she has no way of understanding how to access them. This would include teleporting and opening dimensions, as well the ability to draw on power not her own or pulled from around her.

Psychic Abilities: Sofia can astral project herself and speak and be seen with whom she chooses. She cannot be more than 15 feet from her body though. She also has some telekinesis and mental manipulation along the lines of “These are not the droids you are looking for.”. She is also a medium and can communicate with spirits.

Durability: Sofia can take a hit above the average human bordering on Superhuman but in the end, she is still part human.

Accelerated Healing:
Sofia can heal faster than normal without help and she does know a few spells to make it quicker. Minor cuts...gone. Real damage, might take some time, from hours to days depending on the damage.

Special Skills and Other:

Eidetic Memory: Thanks to her father’s excellent genes, Sofia can remember everything she has seen or read.

Multilingual: Thanks to Sofia’s memory, she can speak and read many languages, most of which are dead like Sanskrit, Aramaic, Enochian.

Martial Arts: Sofia has been on the run since she was an infant. Her caretaker Vesper insisted on her defending herself. She is more than proficient. She has been on the streets since she was 15yrs old and has added some dirty tricks to a very elegant style.

Disadvantages

Having been without direction for the last few years, Sofia has been learning on her own which is painstakingly difficult. She has a high distrust practically beaten into her from a young age but a deep longing for family or belonging. This makes her rather naïve. Street smarts and distrust cannot override a need to trust someone. Her powers need more control but her youth makes them either fizzle or go kaboom!

Equipment: Tome of Zhared-Na, a book of mystical spells that frustratingly only reveal themselves a spell at time when Sofia is ready to learn them.

History: Sofia Strange never knew her parents. It was years before her caretaker Vesper even let it slip who her parents were. Her only familial tie a streak of white hair from a man she had never met. Her mother Clea had kept the knowledge from Stephen Strange for whatever unknown reason. Always running from city to city from some unknown pursuers, she was mostly kept in the clueless of her heritage and possible importance. Vesper trained her in magic and martial arts but only enough from allowing Sofia’s magic to spill out and be noticed. As Sofia’s powers grew, this became harder and harder.

The last place of residence was New Orleans and there in the spiritually driven city, Sofia found she could communicate with spirits. High-spirited to begin with, she went against Vesper’s wishes and helped a recently murdered ghost. Using magic, she unknowingly drew the “Dark”, as Sofia liked to call them, to her. Vesper gave her life and effectively caused the “Dark” to believe Sofia was dead.

This left a fifteen year old on the streets to fend for herself. Sofia earned money by busking as a street fortune teller. Her get-up included dressing up as a gypsy and using a crystal ball, sometimes tarot cards. It earned her a place to sleep and stay under the radar. Sofia was never too sure if the “Dark” were completely off her tail. She used magic minimally. Mostly it wasn’t necessary as people were easy to read.

Life was a bit lonely and without purpose and she couldn’t help feeling with her gift she could do more. She also knew that with her powers growing, she needed to get more training. The tome she carried with her was something but not enough. Following rumors, she finally ended up in New York and a new life.

Ok, so if we say that Jane, Pixie and Sofia are all working on the HELLICARRIER working under Maria Hill. The three girls would know each other and as such would maybe have a friendship? That way when Black Widow and her team shows up the girls can recruit them as champions.
