Well, I mean, really anything in the Tower or the Chainbreakers would be super helpful. The more bodies I got there the more I can pit them against one another in ~~brutal combat~~ intense philosophical disagreements. Specifically I would passionately love to have a Chief of Police for the Tower. Or just, y'know, someone general in the police. For the Tower. It's really pretty open though.
