I never get to use the word cervesa. Because I don't speak Spanish so I couldn't arrange context.

You could have your character's strange friend walk into a bar and show off by ordering:  "Uno cervesa, por favor!"

I too never use words that are too clinical. "Mammaries" would be one. :P
