Resize gif please?

I really like this gif but it's the wrong size for my avatar pic and the resizing apps I've found for my iPad just convert it to a still jpeg image, which is disappointing.  I'd be incredibly grateful if some techieboffin could resize it while keeping the animation.

Also, does it comply with the nudity rules?

I use ezimba.com and http://www168.lunapic.com/editor/ for image editing. I'm not sure if those sites would work on your ipad or not.

And yes, as not genitalia is showing the image is fine for an avatar. :)

I'm afraid I'm still struggling a little though. I saved the file but when I uploaded it as an avatar the animation had gone, same thing if I paste the imgur link in. So I uploaded it to the wiki and yay, the animation worked but I couldn't then see an option to make the wiki image my avatar.

Sorry, I'm absolutely terrible at this stuff. Once I sort this out I'm not changing avatars again!

Eikichi's link didn't work for me, so I gave it a try.  I had the same issue with the original resize as yours.

I tried saving/uploading this one to my profile and it did work, so hopefully this will help. :-)

Just out of interest, can anyone recommend a good pic editor for the iPad? Something fairly idiot proof that will allow me to resize images, crop or add text etc?

I don't mind paying a couple of quid if it's a good app. I've downloaded some free ones and they've been pretty useless. I just don't want to fork out money and discover I've still made a bad choice.

I use picresize.com on my iPhone. I don't ever add text, so I can't say how that will look, but it works great for resizing. :-) I usually do the cropping in the photos app before I upload the picture, though.
