Appearance:
An unremarkable but healthy example of a sexually mature human female. Pallid skin, dark hair with a red stripe hidden behind it, blue/green eyes. Red hair stripe certainly result of deliberate cosmetic modification. Eye color is possibly a rare mutation or the result of cosmetic medicine. Skin tone is a result of sub-optimal UV exposure.
I get plenty of exercise! Just, uh... Not outside.

Personality:
Asocial, curious, hedonistic, disorganized, evidently in possession of a staggering lack or volume of shame. Works impressively well under pressure, or when forced to take charge/responsibility of a situation.
Her room is usually a mess of scattered bedsheets, sex toys, projected screens, and vainly struggling service robots. She can usually be found by her workspace, half-naked, with a forgotten alien sex toy inside of her while waving a model spaceship around making 'whoosh' and 'pew pew' noises.

hmm, a couple issues here. 1. I don't have an issue with the hair... but Starfleet probably will, you'd need to find some way to hide it. 2. as with the hair Sex toys definitely are not allowed on campus. if they are visible you'd definitely get an infraction when the random spot check comes around. and 3. your major doesn't seem feasible, please refer to the list I provided but it can definitely be a specialization down the road just not a full blown major as I'm not exactly sure how that would work. or if there are even classes that would go along with it.

Joined more RPs than I probably should, and the feedback you've provided strongly suggests that your vision of the game/Starfleet Academy is just... not something I find interesting. I'm... trying very hard not to act like a dick, so please forgive me. It seems more like we have fundamentally different ideas of tone/setting. I thought Starfleet Academy was more like this, and your vision seems to be more like this, and don't think we're going to be able to meet in the middle in a way that satisfies everyone.

I personally want it to be a combination of two, but at it's core Starfleet Academy is, despite their assurances to the contrary, a military organization, I as GM allow all the sexy awesome stuff, but like I would imagine it would be like in actual military bases it's a big no no and must be kept secret on paper, but many of the prefects and staff pretend not to notice. just like "the Boiler room" In Agents of SHIELD, or on how any normal college campus, drinking or tobacco isn't really allowed but nobody really cares either. but again I understand if you wish to drop

Hello! Thank you for your interest I am still accepting people, though it's been a while and I do not know who if any of the others who have said they are in are still in. For your questions, I would be glad to answer them. For the most part, it will be a university/college star trekky thing, but yeah I can see doing field exams and the upperclassmen cadets being pressed into emergency detail if something occurs. I am not sure what you mean by Where I am hoping to end up to be honest, as for timeline I personally have it set years after the Dominion War and the Return of the Voyager. this is to allow the full extent of Star Trek lore and races to be open for playability and for those custom races is doesn't open questions of "well if they were here since the Enterprise-C days then why didn't they help in the dominion war etc." I do have some ideas for a little bit of plot throughout. And lastly what I'm hoping from my players are people that enjoy Star trek or sci-fi as a general. and while this is a College/University oriented RP there is to add factor that Starfleet is a military academy my best case scenario is that this game will last a while and with what turns out will be a small group of players could one day evolve into a greater Star trek game about exploring the Galaxy

... which reminds me, where do you sit on the number of Andorian genders, since the books took a line in TNG and ran with it to make them have four genders, while that never actually got confirmed on TV, but some people have strong feelings about it.
I don't, and the original line was about them getting married in groups of four so, really, I just intend on going polygamous female for mine, just wanted to know what your take on the whole bluebutt gender thing was.

Hybrids are fine as long as they make sense. Like for instance Spock was a Vulcan/Human hybrid but its canon lore that there were many difficulties during pregnancy and such.

Nope! as Quill said, if it exists in Star Trek its good, otherwise you can also create your own race, or use the other fan-race that has been created by another player. for the Fan Races only rule is you have to set up some Lore for them, such as: How/When they joined the Federation, their Home Planet, General Appearance. (like how vulcans/Romulans have the traditional pointy ears, Klingons have the forehead ridges, Cardassians are kinda pale, etc.) and for the Star Trek species that are not part of the Federation post DS9, why they are there. For example even though in the events of DS9

The Romulans ally witth the Federation to fend against the Dominion. I doubt the Romulans would ever actually join the Federation, or that the alliance would last really
