Coffee and croissants are what I just had. :) Butterscotch coffee.  It was the best.  Feeling giddy.

That sounds fun, have a great time!

I'm okay mostly. Starting to feel a bit discouraged, but what can you do. Beyond that though I'm well! I finished the show I was working through before bed last night. Now I have to figure out what on my list should come next. Also drafting. This somehow became a babble about everything I'm doing.

Coffee and croissants sound super good right now.

Now, we can't have you discouraged, new member! Hang in there. Have some crossiants. I love them. I'll pass on the coffee though but I'll sit with you and enjoy the lovely aroma of coffee beans. :)

Psychological horror is my favourite. I love psychology I. General, so pairing a psychological aspect with horror is just amazing.

In a sense, the saw franchise is psychological torture horror, right? I really liked saw 1 and 2.

Same here. That's probably why I love Hannibal. ~laughs~ And David Fincher. And then some. Of course, there's Hitchcock as well. Can't forget the Master of Suspense.

It's both physical and psychological torture, though mainly psychological. When I was younger, I never really liked the Saw movies. I wasn't scared, just felt a sense of utter disinterest. The last three years, I now want to watch them all, even the one's Mum and Dad agree weren't that great compared to the ones prior just for the experience of seeing them. I think the only thing that semi drew me in was the blood, and I still felt that odd disinterest even with that. It was odd.

Same here. That's probably why I love Hannibal. ~laughs~ And David Fincher. And then some. Of course, there's Hitchcock as well. Can't forget the Master of Suspense.

I absolutely love Hannibal Lecter! A conversation with him would be such fun.

Hrmm, I was initiailly put off from watching the SAW movies for like... several years, I figured they were just made for shock value or for gore enthusiasts or something, that's the reputation I had in my head anyway. THen around when the 5th or 6th movie had come out a friend finally got me interested enough to watch the first one, and after that I had to watch them all. I love this kind of unravelling of a mastermind's grand plan, it's so satisfying when done right, and when it all is nice and consistent, it really makes multiple watches worthwhile as you notice extra details and hints that you missed or ignored on the first watch through. It's the same reason I liked Death Note, the whole struggle between Light and L was frankly absurd, but seeing the new ideas Light would come up with to try and foil his nemesis was great :)

So yeah, that's the kind of horror I enjoy :)

It gets even better and more interesting when you realise that there was the possibility that eryoine could have gotten out alive. I'd like to see one where that actually happens. It would be really interesting.

Yeah, exactly, the fact that they're all theoretically escapable is pretty awesome :) Of course they're also horribly brutal and horrific, but still, it makes them really satisfying.

Also, hello everyone! Mmm, cake.

It is very appreciated! Omnomnom. I really do want cake now. @_@

I'm alright! I'm still a gray-name plate. Which is sad. But Chrisking started a cool little Mordheim plot with me, so that's been fun to play around with this afternoon! How're you?
