So, I have a bit of interest in this, but I'm not super knowledgeable about Marvel or DC and pretty much all the characters I even remotely know about have already been taken.

Any advice?

Vergil's Faceclaim Archive; For All Your Character Model Seeking Needs!

Men in general judge more by the sense of sight than by that of touch, because everyone can see but few can test by feeling. Everyone sees what you seem to be, few know what you really are; and those few do not dare take a stand against the general opinion. Therefore it is unnecessary to have all the qualities I have enumerated, but it is very necessary to appear to have them. And I shall dare to say this also, that to have them and always observe them is injurious, and that to appear to have them is useful; to appear merciful, faithful, humane, religious, upright, and be so, but with a mind so framed that should you require not to be so, you may be able and know how to change to the opposite.

A noble philosophy; I adhere...for now.

If you have an idea of the sort of character you want to play, you can talk to the GM's/players and they might be able to help you find parentage that fits!

So muuuuuuuuuuuch this.

Also, depending on the parent/player, you can always reach out to active person and see if they'd be up for half-sibling or an extended family member.

And depending on the character concept... I have been known to take bribes and allow non-DC/Marvel concepts onto teams. ;)

And to add onto this - I am more than happy to help with character power suite building, depending on what it is you are looking for.

Re Z L

Ditto.

If you've got an idea of which team you'd like to join just holler and we can lend a hand  :)
A&A

SilkenVenom

I did have a concept for a Sneak, but they ended up not really feeling like they fit Unity. I may have to try something else.

Updated recruitment neeeeeeeeeeeeeeds.

Ace is out for the week (How dare he!?), so new sheets coming in will be a bit delayed on the approval side of things, but we are still recruiting.

:]

Life in Color

Eeee. Another team refilled.

Bump for updated recruitment needs.

Is there still a need for a Sneak in Unity?  I may have an idea for that

There is.

And Mage, I just haven't re-updated stuff.

Can't wait to see the sheet. <3

LOL.  I'm usually inclined to canons in such settings, but let me see what I can think up as I watch y'all a bit.

If there is a canon kid you're keen to play and the parents are still open, we've let canon kids in.

They just aren't normally proposed.

And to amend what life said, they don't have to be a "kid."

For example, Kamala Khan / Ms. Marvel isn't a "kid" in the sense she has superhero parents, she's just a young superhero. Same for Riri Williams. They could feasibly be used, just aged up some, because naturally their current canon timeline would have passed by now.

This could apply to any traditionally younger canon character--not just super kids like, say, Damian Wayne, Jon Kent, or [insert the name of Jessica Jones's and Luke Cage's daughter here].
