So, before Avelines, this is the character that the majority of you will interact with if you do not have customers/are not with a member of staff.

Name: Sebastian
Age:  (unknown)
Gender: Male
Race: Werewolf

Job Role: Barman/Security at The Red Lady

Description: A tall and professional looking male. Broad shouldered, yet Slender in build. Sebastian always has his uniform perfectly pressed and his hair neatly slicked back. He is a white male with thin features and a constant air of professionalism about his face. His hair is black, eyebrows neatly plucked so as to keep himself looking clean, with a few whisps of grey strands at his temples and sideburns. His face always remains stoic, no matter who he is dealing with, and he often looks down at customers given his very tall frame. Overall, Sebastian seems capable of handling himself.

His werewolf form adds more muscle and more height to his body, an enormous black creature with a slightly greying muzzle and fur.

Demon Bloodline: N/A - character is already a demon type

Abilities:
Transformation - The stories of werewolves passed down by humans are mostly incorrect. Werewolves can transform at will, and are actually a species of demon that can turn into a man as their disguise. As a result, Sebastian can switch in and out of his human form at will, only using his werewolf form when he is acting upon his need to protect the club.

Heightened senses - whilst transformed, Sebastian gains the heightened senses of a werewolf, allowing him to track and smell his prey. His hearing is heightened, as well as his sight in the dark, and he has the keen sense of smell that a Wolf is known for.

Enhanced strength and Speed - when in his werewolf form, Sebastian also gains the quick reflexes and inhuman strength of his kin.

Background:
Sebastian is originally from Great Britain. His family were not a werewolf bloodline who lived in the demon world. However, they were found out around 400 years ago, and were slaughtered by paranoid humans who feared the demons within their city.

Aveline's family were sent there to protect the demons from the human's, following the law that demons must be protected as well as humans in these instances, but they arrived too late. Sebastian was found, a trembling pup, and was adopted by the family whom he would later dedicate his life to.

Since brothels were becoming popular in the 1600's, the family started one in London, before moving to America much later. Sebastian always swore himself to the owners of the clubs, and later would protect many generations of the family.

Currently, he is in charge of protecting his new Lady, Aveline, and as a result of what he considers a blood debt is still bound to the family.

Strong and silent, he guards both patron and worker alike, always offering what is needed of him in the club.

Name:Siobhan O'Connell
Age:20
Gender: Female
Race: Human
Job Role: Sister of a Hunter, currently unemployed.
Description: Siobhan is 5'5" and petite. She often gets mistaken as being younger than she is. Her natural red hair is cut short in a pixie bob. While her clothes are often nice all name bran items came from a thrift shop. She still has a softness to her features that only one who grew up with little worry or stress possesses.

Background:
Siobhan grew up in an Irish Catholic family where the men worked and the women did charity work. Her mother brought her and her older brother to church every weekend with no exceptions. That is until she died suddenly a year ago. After that Siobhan was often left at home on Sundays while her father and brother went hunting. While they never brought home meat they often returned covered in blood and injures. When she would ask what was going on they would tell her not to worry, and that if anything were to go wrong to go to The Red Lady and stay there until they returned. It didn't take her long to realize that they weren't hunting deer.

Then one day only her brother came home. She could tell he was fighting back tears. He told her that he would be going on a hunting trip and that she would expect a call next Sunday.

It's Monday and the call never came in.

((I was kinda thinking of being a normal human who just got caught up in all of this, but if I need my lineage to include demon blood I can edit it to do so.))

I will most certainly allow it. :)
Welcome to the family.

Okay, so, here's how this is going to work:

I will create a single thread in one of the group boards (Probably bondage board) that acts as the main thread for people coming in and out of the clubs. As characters interact or go in their own directions with each other, we can make other threads - small groups, solos, etc - for those characters.

All boards will be molded by me, whether or not I'm in them, but otherwise it will be very a somewhat free environment for players.

Occasionally I will throw plot points at people, which are up to you to follow or not, in the guise of patrons and demons. MidnightSpade also can do that is he wishes.

If anyone has plot ideas or points that they want to be put into place, then feel free to pm. I will try to cater to all whims.

If you would like to swap characters for plot reasons, or to keep things fresh, then feel free. I do not mind.

Other than that, characters can jump in and out as they please (hence the name 'changing groups'), and I will be posting the main thread up soon.

Have fun!

Ravenna has the gift of precognition, let me know if you want to do plot anything around that to aid your character :)

Awesome! So far my thoughts are that her dad is dead and brother captured/tortured by a demon. Or maybe even held against his will by a group of hunters who are trying to save him from getting in over his head and the leave it to the professionals. Willing to wing it

I forgot to mention, there is clairvoyance to work with too, if Siobhan has something of theirs that Ravenna can touch, preferably something that was near them whenever whatever incident occurred. She might be able to see what happened and the faces of those involved.

I like the investigative route.
Obviously the game would start in the club, but if your characters both wished to discuss and rp, then you would both be free to do so.

Very well done on getting some instantaneous plot.

Throwing up Avaline's profile while I remember:

Name: Avaline Madelaine Harper
Age:  27
Gender: Female
Race: Demon-blooded human
Job Role: Hunter / Owner of The Red Lady and associated businesses.

Description:
Ash blonde hair that falls in gentle waves to her shoulder blades, usually tied up in various styles which are appropriate for the occasion she dresses for. For comfort, she wears it loose or in a low ponytail.

Oddly pink eyes are the only tell-tale sign of her very strong bloodline, and she either excuses them as contacts for any normal human who asks, or wears blue ones to cover them if she doesn’t want to draw attention.

Curvy build, only a slight waist with wide hips and an above-average bust. She often wears corsets to draw her waistline in more when dressing for more formal occasions, but never too tightly.

Average height, standing at around 5’7”, but often appears taller due to wearing some form of heeled shoes more often than not.

Her clothing style prefers more revealing cuts in her shirts and dresses, but often covers it up with sheer fabric. For example, a very low-cut dress revealing her cleavage but then covered by a long sleeve sheer shirt for some imitation of modesty. For formal occasions she much prefers dresses, whilst casually she’ll wear skirts. It’s rare she wears pants. Her fashion sense around the club can be described as 'vintage', often drawing a base from the 1920s and 1930s.

As part of tradition within her family, she has learned how to dance, how to sing, and to play at least one musical instrument, not to mention attempting to learn as many languages as she can. The dances are mainly ballroom and slow dances, and the instruments she plays are violin, flute and piano. Of the human languages she is fluent in French and Spanish, passable in German and Italian, and is currently trying to learn Chinese and Japanese. Of the demonic languages she’s fluent in the language of Succubi, Elven, and Daemonic.

Demon Bloodline: The origin of her succubus blood comes from the right hand demon of Lady Luxuria herself, the sin of Lust. Their blood has been so powerful it has not watered down throughout the generations, but the rest of her family does exhibit signs of the other demons her family has 'bred' with.

Abilities: Charm/Manipulation (able to use natural charm and appeal to manipulate a person), Energy drain (able to consume the energy from a being, usually incited by sex), Sexual aura (when 'activated' the aura makes anyone feel more susceptible to arousal and sensitivity)

Background:
For many generations, dating as far back as the 1600s, the family has run many kinds of establishments that encourage socialising and what could be labelled as ‘unsavoury’ behaviour. These types of places ranged from simple bars and pubs to brothels, bordellos and whore houses. They haven’t always held a place in high society but they have done well for themselves and retained their reputation throughout the years.

Their original name was Parris, apparently named after the demon that began their demonic bloodline, which would make sense as to how they are so powerful if it was the General of Lady Lust’s army with whom they share blood.

Each generation has been large, with most females exhibiting the signs of their bloodline’s power, and most males either being plain human or mixed with whatever demon their other parent was. If a male was born with the incubus powers they were more often than not homosexual.

The earliest records of the family are from the 1600s, which is when demon hunting started becoming more prevalent in humans as the numbers of humans with demon blood began to grow more obvious. The only reason they have these records in the first place was because the family had picked up a young lost werewolf by the name of Sebastian, and it was his accounts of what happened that have meant the family legacy is remembered throughout each generation.

A generation or two after Sebastian joined the family, they moved from the UK to the USA, starting off the business in Louisiana with a very popular bar known as The Horned Duke. Several generations and many children and offshoots of the family tree later, they relocated all over the country, with every branch of the family having some form of contact with the main line. It is only in this main line of the blood that the succubus genes run strong.

The most recent generations have run a brothel and bar in Nevada, the only state where such an establishment is actually legal. In the early 1900s it was best known as a speakeasy, and retains such décor of that era as part of its appeal. The name has been The Red Lady for over a hundred years, and is currently under the ownership of Avaline, who is the eldest female in her family.

Her immediate family includes her father, mother, two brothers and three sisters. Her parents retired from running the business when they were confidence that Avaline could take care of it, retiring and moving in California with the youngest of the sisters (who is aged 16), though they frequently come back to visit and help out. Of her brothers, one inherited the incubus genes but didn't wish to work in the bar, and the other simply displayed the genes of their father who had an elven bloodline. Both of them work as demon hunters in the Guild. One of her sisters works in the brothel with her, while the second youngest (aged 21) is currently in university working on a major in Psychology.

As a demon hunter, she uses her wits and charm to get what she wants. She rarely has to pick up a job herself, most of the time due to the reputation of her family and her business she finds that jobs simply come to her. Most jobs she gets involve finding out information from someone, usually a frequent patron, or a person who can easily be coaxed into her establishment.

Through her charisma and seduction of her patrons, she has gathered notebooks upon notebooks of information, not to mention having access to an archive full of the information that her ancestors have written up on their clients and patrons. People gossip when they've had a bit to drink or in the afterglow of sex, and she notes down every word they say once they are no longer within her company.

She does know how to fight physically, mainly for self-defence, however in an actual one-on-one fight she wouldn't resort to fists first. She’d use her succubi aura to make them fall off-guard before quickly taking advantage of their weakness with a few well-aimed strikes. She knows she isn't strong.

Well it's essentially a permanently open group, so you can feel free to hop in whenever really. As long as you post the character here before doing so.

I forgot to mention it, but I'm heading into surgery in about 9 hours from now. Basically, there is a cyst pressing on my uterus and it has my doctor a tad bit concerned, plus they want to check for spots of endometriosis that she suspects I have and get rid of that. I know there was a few other things, but I'm a tad fuzzy on it, my mother and my husband have most of the details.

I should be fairly on the weak side for the next three days, but I should be back to normal posting by the end of this week.

Wish me luck and let's hope my recovery time is really fast.

After a bit of code-wrangling we've made an OOC thread, and a thread which has further info on the world and types of characters (and will be the thread we hold all the applications in eventually)

OOC Thread
Info + Applications Thread

theminiarkana will also link these in the first post in case you lose them.

Thanks for being patient! This is our first time running a group RP and we're still ironing things out :3 Feel free to make suggestions to us if you think there's something we could do better.
