In this, I would be travelling through a rural area, quiet, in the US, Europe, even Russia perhaps. I stop somewhere for gas, or a meal, and are seen by someone who sabotages my car and has me kidnapped to become his wife, far from home.
Alternatively, I could play a male character who is forcibly feminized to become someones bride. Perhaps its a local tradition, with women hard to attract to this particular area, suitable males are seen as bride material, feminized as much as possible, and married off, unable to get help from anyone, or to escape.
