Anti spyware getting stuck

SuperAntiSpyware keeps getting stuck on the same file.  The program keeps running, but it stays on that file for like 6 minutes I let it run.  I know some files are big, but I don't think that file is that big.  I've tried re installing, and still gets stuck on that file.

What file is it blocking on?

Have you tried running it in safe mode?

It's getting stuck on firefox cache.  I have not tried in safe mode, but even formatting and reinstalling has not fixed the issue.
