'Unrecovered Corporate Asset' doesn't really ring true to me as a High Concept. It does do a pretty good job of reflecting the aspect of your character that you want it to represent, but it doesn't feel like the actual core of your character concept. If you wouldn't mind a suggestion for something that I think could work a bit better... 'Fugitive Ex-Cognite Psi-Ops Agent', perhaps?
Given the logic you've provided, I think that taking 'Liar, Liar' as a morph aspect and having 'On All The Drugs' as an ego aspect would better reflect how you want this character to perform in-play, and then aside from that, your other aspects seem pretty good.
Eh, I don't really like the structure of the 'Fugitive Async Assassin' and 'Fugitive Ex-Cognite Psi-Ops Agent' Aspects. They're just... descriptions. There's no depth to it. And they feel artificial; like they were made by just stringing as many words together as possible. For the High Concept, I want to really drill down to the core of the character/what's interesting.
'Unrecovered Corporate Asset' is also interesting 'cause it implies that that's how others describe/think of her (at least the people she's had the most interaction with, ie her handlers at Cognite), and implies that that's how she thinks of herself, at least on an unconscious level. And I think that's useful, especially since she doesn't really have any characterization so far, just a list of stuff that's happened to her/she can do.
Also, I just like it on an aesthetic level. While 'unrecovered' is a word, the fluff keeps referring to her as a 'recovered asset'. It has shades of 'unperson' in there, and I like the implication that she was Recovered and then made Un-recovered. De-recovered might be better definition-wise, but unrecovered flows better.
All her other Ego Aspects build off of/can be tied to 'Unrecovered Corporate Asset'. 'You'd Be Messed Up Too' deals with the consequences, 'The Lost Were The Future' deals with the before, and 'Liar, Liar' ties into what she learned.
Speaking of 'Liar, Liar' and 'On All The Drugs'. I think it's more interesting if 'Liar, Liar' is an aspect of her personality, not just her Morph. While the negative
side of it works really well as a Morph aspect, the positive is less so; I don't really see it being an Aspect someone else could use if they used her morph. The negative, sure, but the positive/useful side of it would be covered by the Attraction (Deceive) stunt. To me, 'Liar, Liar' is also a result her experience as a tool of Cognite; all Lost and all Futura are good liars, but Red is a particularly
As for 'On All The Drugs'. I really don't like it as an Ego Aspect. It overlaps too much with 'You'd Be Messed Up Too'. And I think it works better as a Morph Aspect. While many morphs can have drug glands, this one is noticeable for having a lot and using them. It also makes more sense that that Aspect can be transferred by switching bodies; the first thing anyone notices when they sleeve into her morph is just how many psychoactive substances are floating around inside of it. Especially since it doesn't have the Medichines stunt to clean them out.
Well, that was a lot of text for me to ask for advice than reject said advice. Hopefully what I've said makes sense.
