Co-Writer Wanted For Dark-Themed Angel Story

I had  co-writer but she flaked on me, and I don't want to leave it unfinished, and I do want someone to write with.

The quick blurb:

'Angels fall, but not to Earth: to a dark place, with no entrance or exit, called only 'The City' by its wretched inhabitants.

An angel falls to The City; she has no memory of her life before, no idea what sin she committed; she finds herself hunted by The City's dark rulers, aided by an older being, who might or might not be an angel himself, but he certainly has an agenda of his own.'
