okay so this guy finds this girl in this decrepit old church.... She's homeless and alone and clearly broken-hearted over something.. He, who is significantly older, brings her to his home and basically makes a pet out of her... REMEMBER this is not a sexual RPG. Well not explicitly.
any other questions?

Nope, sound good to me.

Tali leaned against a cool, stone statue inside the rundown old church in the middle of the city. Her torn clothing hung around her body like she was a scarecrow; she was far too thin from lack of food. Ever since the shelter where she had lived had closed, Tali had been searching out a place to stay. She cried quietly; thinking of how much she'd lost in the fire that had destroyed her home.
