The [glow] tag

So, I have a question. What do the two numbers after color do, in the glow tag?
Code:
[Select]
[glow=green,2,300][/glow]
That 2 and 300. I tried changing them, and I didn't notice any difference.

Supposedly they control color, strength and width of the glow but don't effect text in Firefox.

Thanks, BeMi. Tested it using Explorer right now and it doesn't seem to do anything there either.

They might have unplugged it, too. Sometimes updates drop features without the programmers being aware of it I think.

It was originally an IE filter. Sometime during the release of 2.0 it got converted to the CSS shadow spec, but I don't think the variables got used.

In IE10 and 11, glow and the color variable work, but the numbers don't. In IE7-9 glow didn't work at all.
