Anyone else having issues getting it to even download?  I've had the downloader running in excess of 12 hours and it still hasn't got past the "10 second" prep time.

My husband's was downloaded and complete installed in about an hour.  Exact same computer.

Edit:  answer was my slowass connection on wireless.  18 hour download compared to his 30 minute.  Might be time to revisit that wiring solution.
