As the subject line says. Everything else works fine, but when I try to get on E, it times out. I tried this from laptop and phone. I have no trouble with 4g access so at least I haven't been banned...

Thoughts on what might be causing this?

NEVER MIND I was just impatient. All I had to do was wait for, like... half an hour for the page to load.

Also for future reference (and for people who, like me, did not look in the right place...):

this is apparently A Thing that happens

You can always try http://downforeveryoneorjustme.com/ to see if it's site issue or your issue and adjust accordingly. Vekseid also has a twitter where you can see updates if the site is down.
