That's cool to hear :)  I may give GX a whirl at some point.  Firefox is my browser of choice at the moment.  Not as slick as Chrome in some ways but it has some of the best privacy functionality.

Aaaand.. v1.48.0 is out because I was getting annoyed at the speech styling stuff not catching instances of missing end-qoutes well.  Should now be more intelligent at marking a sensible end to a block of speech.

Hot on the heels is v1.48.1 with a new setting for the bookmarks.  This one is on by default and changes the behaviour a little when you click on a bookmark list in the new collapsed view.  The setting is called "Clicks toggle collapsed categories?" and it means that clicking on a list title toggles the visibility of that list rather than making that list visible and all the others hidden.

Is there a toggle to have all the different tag lists closed when you open your BM page, and then only specify one or more tag lists to display as open?

I've got:

All Bookmarks
Game Ideas
Old Games
Other
(and a couple of tags that are the titles of particular large sprawling multi-thread group games)
No Tags

I'd really like everything to be closed when I go to my BM page except "No Tags" which are my current active RPs.

I also suppose its asking too much to have a tagged list open when there are new posts in there? My "Game Ideas" tag includes my O/Os and several game request threads and it would be cool have that flip open if there was a reply to any of those. If that is too much then no worries but if not it would be nice to have that list open by default as well.

There sort of is... the BMs menu should have all of the tags under it and if you click one of those, it will open up the BMs with just that category open:

OK - I've looked into the idea of a setting that opens up every category with unread replies and it should be possible.  I say "should" because some of the code I have that I would rely on has stopped working.  When I have a less busy day that today, I'll ty and get that fixed and see what I can do :)

As it stands now, if you delete a bookmark, it completely refreshes the page.  Is there anyway to 'lock' yourself into a given folder, so when the page reloads you come back to the same tagset you deleted from?

Sounds like a plan.. I'll add it to the ToDo.  In all honesty I looked at the same issue a little while ago as it annoyed me, too.   I think I know _how_ to fix it... just need to get around to doing it :)

And here we go: v1.49.0 A couple of improvements to deleting bookmarks:

* Ticking the toggle-all checkbox on a given list of BMs now only toggles the checkboxes for that list, not all of the lists.
* When deleting bookmarks, the page should remember which lists you had open and keep those open.

Is there a way to add some kinda feature in like big boards to like pin things to the bottom. One thing I've found with my big games is that things get abandoned or changed and threads become obsolete or there are threads of like 'inactive characters' that I would rather just be at the very bottom, not at the top or intertwined with the active threads.

I understand if it's not a possibility but was just thinking of it earlier

Don't inactive threads make their way to the bottom when things are displayed by date? (I may be missing the point of your question, just figured I'd check.)

If we use inactive characters as an example. We are moving characters sometimes that were only posted a week ago that people no longer want into the inactive character thread. That pops that thread closer to the top when it's really not necessary for people to see inactive characters.

We have threads that were let's say certain character's home that left the game that were posted in several days prior and probably 10 or so threads that are less used that will not move it to the bottom for some time.

Since as far as I'm aware, GMs are actually no longer able to basically toss posts into an 'archive' thread, it can leave quite a few threads kinda locked and hanging and I do realize that it's purely aesthetic that I'm going for lol.
