Hm. We have magic pretty well covered. I'm a spell-focused Oracle, then we have a Bard, Druid and Swashbuckler.

I would go with the Rogue or the Fighter; I'm not sure how well to do we are on Tanks, I'm also not sure how well we are on Social Skills.

From what you've just said: there isn't much in the way as physical power or the like.

One thing I'm tempted to do is a Dhampir too, as they look more or less normal.

I think what we really need is someone who's the head of the family. We're all working / part of the same noble house / family, but most of the characters thus far aren't really politically ambitious. We need someone who can be in charge, a long-sighted leader who can beat this collection of individuals (perhaps literally) into a party of adventurers.

We also have a warpriest with political ambitious.

Although TBH his background strikes me as too blue-collar for the family head.

That is a fair assessment; when it comes to politics he is pretty straightforward in his dealings rather than delving into intrigue. I see his brother rounding him out in that regard, but he holds his own when it comes to determining when somebody is trying to con him and the like.  I envision him as the sort of down-to-earth noble whose backwater holdings works against your typical political dilettante upbringing.

So he's a backwoods cajun with ambition? :3

Not quite that backwoods if I am imagining the stereotype correctly; add a bit more suburbia and lose the accent to get it about right. ;)

For what it's worth, you can never have too many casters.  Aldrick is a fighter first, after all, and Hadrian is currently half and half.

I am really looking forward to playing Junia as a deaf mute because it'll let her delve into intrigue and guile, (and generally be creepy/odd). I figure she can read lips so communication won't really be a problem, but it does mean that Junia will always be staring intently at whomever is speaking, one of the IC reasons for her mask is so that the beak can make it clear where she's looking at all times, say something while standing behind her and she won't even know you said anything after all. Plus being mute means she has to let her actions speak for her; which I'm looking forward to writing out, and then since virtually all her spells are enchantment spells (Lunar oracle causes lunacy!) with no components at all (after her Silent Spell is applied) she can Command someone to drop to their knees before god without even moving! (Or making it clear she is the reason they're acting strangely.)

Name:  Remi Valerion
Nation: Gaul
Deity: Mars/Ares
Weapons and Armor:  Elysian Bronze Bastard Sword, Lamellar Leather+1, Potions
Background: Remi hails originally from a Gaelic tribe of barbarians that tried to resist the empire before being defeated and assimilated.  However, her father was a gladiator until he attracted the attentions of a well-to-do noblewoman that would go on to have her.  Though Remi always was more of a daddy's girl and took to learning how to fight as compared to ...whatever it was nobility learned; she didn't pick up on that much with a slightly abrasive and tomboyish personality.  She got by via becoming a mercenario when she was old enough to get away with it, seemingly finding favor with the god of war; she became at least recognized as such at a fairly early age for her indomitable will to fight and to win at nearly any cost.

Overall Goal in life: She wants to be a General one day; barring that though- a respected warrior in general
Minor goals in life:  Send as many enemies to see theirs as possible.

Aofii kneels beside Hadrian, resting her head on his knee.  She looks at her fellow Gaul curiously?  Or is she a half Gaul?   "So, remi?  You're master's cousin?  His aunt's daughter?  And she legitimized you through adoption so you're part of master's family?"   The little Druid bites her lower lip shyly.  "Do you think when master gets me with child he'll adopt them too?"   Aoifi glances at the other potential lord of the house, the priest of Vulcan. Is she your sister, my lord?   Or your cousin too?"

I spoke as my character-a Gaulish slave girl-to restate your character origin as I understood it.  Then I tried to suggest how we might further into grate your character into the house/family by asking how you might be related to the other pcs.  Aoifi is Hadrian's concubine, and Hadrian is a potential head of the house.  (Or potential heir?  Is Hadrian's father or grandfather still alive? ).

You said your character was a Gaul in the sheet, but your history made it sound like her father was a Gaulish gladiator slave and her mother was a woman of the house?

Hadrian is both the younger brother as well as focused on other pursuits.  His sheet reflects that a bit better now.

Correct. Gauls that were assimilated were fairly often pressed into being gladiators if not soldiers from the way I understand it.

But yeah her mom was a noblewoman.

I think the follow-up question to that is whether that would make her a sister or cousin to Aldrick and Hadrian.

I mean, in general, you know who your sisters and cousins and aunts are fairly early in life.  :P
